Youth Revisited Bewertungen

No private room supplied for venus draw. Bloods were taken in front of gym reception where everyone could see. 10% discount offered a few times to which I stated from the off I didn't want. Refused 50% refund several times. Arm was black as ink for nearly 3 weeks, bruised beyond belief. Slow in response to messages. Fobbed off to the hilt several times. Will never use this company again. Unhygienic also. 0/10 (Durham)

After waiting to weeks with no response, I reached out to inquire and the customer rep told me I was being rude and entitled for no reason. It was the worst customer service I have ever had.

first time using youth Revisited. Fast results, amazing feedback from results and very helpful highly recommend

3rd time using these best I’ve used, quick results and hassle free

Great business to business activity. Rapid problem resolution.

Had been with medichecks for 9 years, tried Youth Revisited for a change and find them much more personal to deal with. The results given are in a much better format and easy to understand. Postage is super easy and the team stay in touch till the end. 5 stars from me.

Fantastic experience, nothing beats having blood tests done at home! It takes all of the unnecessary stress out of the annual bloods.

Great service. Friendly, easy and bang on time.

Great business to deal with. Have been using them for close to 2 years and cannot fault them. Always there, always available and always supportive.

Such a phenomenal lab service. Speedy, accurate and 100% on customer service. My go to every month.

They were very helpful, especially Mo and Emma. Thank you so much again!

Brilliant service, super quick results every time I’ve used. Also offer additional markers not available at with other services

Outstanding service from start to finish. They consistently go above and beyond expectations, which is rare to find these days. I’ve been using Youth Revisited for a long time now and can confidently say their customer service is second to none. Highly recommended.

Thanks again.

Amazing!
Both me and my husband have bought blood tests froth Youth Revisited. My husbands test came back so quickly and were so easy to understand with the notes you get back.
My sample unfortunately got lost by royal mail and when I sent a message to let them know, they very quickly organised for a new sample to be taken at no extra cost.
They have been so easy to get in contact with which has been a big problem with previous companies.
They will have my continued business for all private health services!

Test results back the next day with clear outline what each marker means. Customer service were also extremely quick at responding also. I have used other labs but I’ve definitely had the best service from youth revisited.

I have always been an active 45 year old, fit and healthy dad of three, who has had a very active sexual and social life.
However after a long term illness I became totally the opposite. Unhealthy/unfit, lethargic, low libido and totally uninterested in anything or anyone including my partner of 25 years. This put untold pressure on my personal and professional life and sent me into spiralling depths of depression!!
Then a close friend of mine suggested getting in touch with the helpful and knowledgeable wellbeing company Youth Revisited that had helped him. That was the first step to recovery and inevitably the new and improved me. They listened, took my bloods, and gave me life changing advice based on the test results as well as tailoring a bespoke well being programme for my personal requirements. prescribing the supplements I needed and required to help me become the new and improved me.
Time and money well spent.
I owe own my new lease of life to Youth Revisited and would recommend them to anyone and everyone
5 stars.

I recently used this blood testing service and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I booked my appointment, everything was smooth, professional, and hassle-free.
The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease — especially helpful as I’m not the biggest fan of needles! They explained the process clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and carried out the blood draw with real skill and care. I barely felt a thing.
The results came back quickly, were clearly presented, and easy to understand. The whole experience was efficient, stress-free, and far better than I expected.
Excellent value, superb customer service, and genuinely caring staff. I’ll definitely be using them again and would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and professional blood testing.

Super efficient service. Everything was straightforward, and any queries I had were answered clearly and quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the results came through—much quicker than anticipated. Overall, a very positive experience.
