Their website isn't the easiest to navigate but once I worked out how to find what I was looking for it was nice and simple. Best price for Disney and Universal combo tickets. Paid a deposit to book the tickets and then could pay the rest of the balance in installments. Tickets arrived to my email with clear instructions on how to add them to my accounts.

I was a wee bit apprehensive when I ordered my tickets from here as I usually order from another site but I was fed up always trying to get them at the best price. Where as with Ticket Genie the price you see is the price you pay all year round and they are the cheapest. I paid £10 deposit when I ordered them, then paid the balance when it was due. I now always recommend to everyone. They where easy to access once u got to the park. As I'm not very good with technology.

The best ticket company
Your ticket genie is without a doubt the best ticket company out there, I don't know why anyone goes anywhere else! Their prices are incredible, their staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgable too. I bought a double wish combo ticket, and tickets were issued to me immediately once I paid off my balance. Will definitely be coming back in the future !!!

I was a little worried purchasing tickets from a company I'd never heard of However, as I was using a Credit Card, I figured I had nothing to lose as I'd be covered by their guarantee. I need not have worried. Great service, helpful instructions on adding to the app, immediate delivery, and the cheapest deal I could find. Totally recommended, and I'l definitelyl use them again.

Universal tickets Orlando
We purchased Universal tickets and upon payment completion, received our voucher. We did have a bit of a panic trying to link the tickets in the app because apparently there can be issues, but we figured it out in the end. The tickets are the cheapest around. I know because I did a LOT of research. Great communication and no real issues. Would recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

Really easy to use and great communication, we were unsure how the tickets worked but they answered all my questions and made things simple. We used them for Disney World tickets and Universal tickets, they were the cheapest/best value around and all worked perfectly. Highly recommend, will definitely use again.

The best price for Universal Theme Parks
I got the best price for Universal Orlando theme parks, 14 day pass, from Your Ticket Genie. I just had one problem that the tickets wouldn’t download digitally and link to the Universal app. This apparently can happen from time to time, and was somewhat inconvenient as we then had to queue at Universal Studios on our first morning to collect the tickets.

Universal’s digital ticket linking process is a relatively new feature and is managed directly through their system. We’re also pleased to advise that this has now been updated, and tickets can be linked up to 30 days prior to the start date, which should help ensure a much smoother process for any future bookings and prevent this issue from occurring again.

We booked our Universal Orlando tickets through Your Ticket Genie and have been very impressed. The price was better than anywhere else at the time of booking and I liked that I was able to pay in instalments at no extra cost. I received the etickets within hours of making the final payment and we exchanged them for physical tickets at our Universal hotel when we arrived. We could have added them to the app but I prefer tickets so it was nice that there was still that option. Everything was seamless and we had a great holiday.

Fully flexible cancellation policy - even after tickets are issued which no other providers offer (which thankfully did not need to use)
