Your Super Is Now Super Bad
I’ve been ordering from Your Super for years. I actually really love some of their products. But the last couple of months have been incredibly frustrating with no response from support regarding an unfulfilled order that was never refunded. The initial response had somebody saying that I could choose a different product to replace a subscription that I didn’t even subscribe to.
I’ve been charged for another order recently because I missed the window to cancel since they don’t send reminder emails. We’ll see if the items show up. Needless to say, I’ve canceled my subscriptions. Incredibly frustrating and to sad to see this happen to this company.
