Whilst the initial engagement was good the communication and planning in the period up to installation left a lot to be desired - we got there in the end!The installation itself albeit at very short notice went smoothly . The installation team were co-operative and efficient and did their very best to limit damage and disruption. The treatment plant appears to be working well and overall we were very satisfied .

The team were friendly and very informative, even before the work started.
There was some damaged to three paving slabs, but these were soon replaced as new.
There was a lot of mess, with the large quantities of soil moved but was put back and top soil added,
Just waiting for the grass to grow.

Replacing the septic tank- is it really a free service?
Our reaction to the initial information about the septic tank replacement scheme was “What’s the catch.” As it seemed the right thing to do for the environment we looked into it. I’m glad to say there was no catch, the new system is up and running with no cost to us, our only commitment to have it emptied annually .The contractors tried hard to cause as little damage as possible, not easy with all the rain we’ve had, and the site is already looking better.

I would highly recommend STS!
I would highly recommend STS. If it seems to good to be true it usually is, but not in the case of STS upgrading your tank! A courteous and professional team who worked quickly and efficiently to upgrade three tanks for me. Good pre planning overcame all possible issues. No hidden costs or tied into contracts, quality units that STS continue to monitor and service. It's a no brainer!

Fantastic initiative and brilliant outcome
Couldn't be more grateful to STS for what they've done. Our old septic tank was completely broken and a leaflet through the door suggested we could get a new one for free. Any sensible person is sceptical at this point, as we were, but the TL;DR is that house building companies buy 'green' credits, so someone still pays, just not you!
Mark and team did an amazing job. We live in a fairly inaccessible spot but they found a way to install, while being considerate of the established garden. They also had to take the outlet pipe around 100 yards to our exit point, which they managed with ease. All done in 3 days and we couldn't be more delighted. Thanks to all involved, highly recommend.

I am naturally a sceptical person with regard to these sorts of deals. However the replacement of our septic tank has proven everything it promised it would be. The company is easy to deal with and the guys who came to site were freindly and very focused on a quality job
