Great product and speedy delivery, it looks fab in our new kitchen!

The robin splashback was exactly as advertised and will look lovely once it is fixed to the wall (we are waiting for the wall to be painted). The delivery time of about 10 days was good. The matching clock and chopping board are great. All the items were very carefully packaged and arrived undamaged. Very happy with our choice.

After having our small splashback to cover an upstand fitted along with a glass 5 burner gas hob 11 months ago in the last week we have noticed a small floor at the top edge of the splash back so contacted the company showing videos and pictures because it’s physically impossible for any flame to reach the splash back ( even though the person at this company seems to think I’m a liar ) a gas safe engineer fitted the hob to the code of conduct set out in uk regulations that the outer edge of the flame cannot be less than 3.5” from the splash back they have video evidence as well as pictures but they still feel that it’s a burn at the top edge the flame has to be magical double in size and also rise 4” as well the person from this company tells me he’s been selling splash backs for 7 years and he knows what has happened to it they are a disgrace calling me a liar making out at 55 years old I definitely caused the floor in the splash back well if you are going to buy any form of splash back go somewhere else because the lack of both after sales customer service is shocking I’ve run my own business for 18 years and I have never been made to feel that I’m a liar and have in fact caused this damage I have 5 cameras on the outside of my property this company must have some inside because they seem to know exactly what is happening in my house absolute cowboy customer service now today their employee Monica says that there must be 6” from splashback to edge of the glass hob, in that case our hob would be flapping around about 4.5” in mid air at the front edge of our worktop honestly people these are definitely not trustworthy as a company use at your own risk our expensive bespoke kitchen is deflected by this inferior product zero compassion and also zero customer service skills AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Shoddy quality control, you don’t get what you pay for so buy the cheaper ones.
I bought 1 large glass splashback and 2 smaller ones for my penthouse rental apartment. They were bought to keep the granite worktops from getting marked. I chose not to buy cheap ones and thought that if I bought the good quality expensive ones they would be not just ok but great. The quality should have been perfect. I think my expectations were too high!
I ordered them last minute so they were the last item to install in the apartment. They came with 2 days to spare. I opened them the day after they came only to find that one of them had a missing foot so it could not be used. I was extremely annoyed, had I wanted shoddy unchecked items I would have bought much much cheaper ones from Amazon!
The couple renting the apartment wanted everything perfect and so they should, they are paying many thousands to rent this place. I had done everything perfect so they had what they wanted without any problems.
When I contacted the company and told them what had happened they said to return it. Due to my leaving the country early the next day this was not possible. They said they could send out a new set of feet and I could fit it myself (so that’s what you get for buying the most expensive item).
I explained that I was leaving the country the next day and the tenants were moving in the next day so it was not possible to have it sent out.
I told them that this item could not be used as it tipped if you put anything on it, it was dangerous!
They asked if they could send the part to the tenants and they would fit it. Would you be happy if you have paid many thousands for a beautiful penthouse only to be asked to fix something on the day you move in? Somehow I think not , plus I was not at all happy asking them to do this as they specifically said they wanted it perfect without any problems and they were paying the price to have this service. I was not going to go against my word because some person in quality control did not do their job properly and quality check each item before it’s sent!
The company just didn’t bother their ass to contact me anymore after I refused to ask my tenants to do a repair for this expensive item. They just brushed me to one side, couldn’t care a less, they had their money so what if it’s an inferior product.
The annoying thing is that these are actually really nice but don’t waste your money on them, you could get a shoddy one like I did.
I now have a very expensive piece of glass shoved in a storage cupboard that cannot be used for anything! The apartment looks stupid as I needed the 2 pieces to put either side of the cooker hob on a massive island unit and there’s only 1
I am actually still very angry about this hence why I am writing this review.

I ordered a custom design and was worried how it would turn out. But omg it is amazing. Fast delivery and it's everything I wanted and more. 5 stars is too low a score for what these guys have done. Thank you so much.

Extremely pleased with the high quality product and the excellent service provided. My very large design did not fit the requirements of the online tool but, no problem, the admin team sorted it straight away. The splashback arrived quickly and was packaged very securely. It was easy to fit and looks absolutely fantastic. Thank you.

Great product

The site was easy to navigate. With a good choice of image's to choose from. The size scale indicator was a little annoying to get precise size.
It would've been helpful to have gotten more email's on product status. However it did arrive within the tinescale.

Very pleased with the splashback , arrived in the time which was stated. Unfortunately we could not install it until the adhesive arrived over a week later as it was sent to the wrong delivery office twice.
