Our window cleaner Dean Bates did an excellent job of our shop front in Darlington. Very polite manner, he had to move some cages from outside the front but he made me aware and it was no bother. Then showed the same courtesy and attention to detail inside . Great guy, very professional.

Great service
Great service after my last window cleaner retired I have been without one for 2 years .
The lovely salesman knocked at the door and I signed up .
The next day we got a text saying the windows would be cleaned the following day . The window cleaner arrived bright and eary at 8.30am I explained how to get around the back of the house and he got on with the job windows + front and back doors he done a great job lovely friendly guy I did not get his name to give him a shout out I am in the DL17 post code Durham area .
The payment was taken 24 hours later quickly simple no running to the bank to get cash.

Terrible service overall
Terrible service overall. First of all, the price quoted before we decided to join the window cleaning service was £15, but we always got charged £20. Not a big issue If they do a decent job but they always left one side of the house (window and door) uncleaned even though this was mentioned a few times.
There's a different cleaner everytime so one side of the house was always missed. Even when we complained, they still missed the side of the house which was unclean.
Useless company who dont listen. Terrible customer service, rarely get a reply from their email department.
Their sales team try to make you think youre getting a good deal but I was getting charged the same price for a 3 bed detached as a 5 bed detached.

Your Local window cleaners are great! We’ve always had a great experience, they communicate regularly, have an easy payment set up and Les our window cleaner is especially helpful and friendly. We live on the 4th floor with gated access which makes the whole thing difficult to organise but Les and your local have been so good.

Just had window cleaner and all he did was water the windows no soap no squidgy no frame wipe and just left not happy not paying a monthly payment canceling sorry but I expected clean windows hope this helps

Joshua cleaned my windows yesterday. He's not my regular cleaner, but I wish he was! Excellent communication, a thorough clean and a very happy customer. My only wish is for more consistency with the staff that Your Local send - it's not always the same cleaners, which makes the building of good relationships difficult.
