Sadly I think I have been scammed. Thought this was the coolest thing for my niece as a Christmas gift.

Looks like it will never come in time and the tracking on their site says - can’t be found.

No reply to my email as yet.

I’ve not received my order and they don't replay to email

DO NOT BUY. This store has fake star rating on the banner (that's why you can't click on it to a third party rating site), it also has fake "featured in" logos (it wasn't featured on any of these).

The product is simply a dropshipping product and no one is getting their orders (since November as far as I can track).

The domain was only registered at the beginning of 2024 on GoDaddy.

I placed the order on November 8 still have not received my order. Have contacted the company several times and have gotten the run around. Asked for my money back only to be told they can’t do that because it is in transit. I follow the tracking and it still has not left the warehouse. DON’T order from this company it is a scam.

Completely untrustworthy company. We placed an order by mistake (be careful letting your kids play with your phone!) and contacted them to cancel within minutes. They responded immediately and I told them the issue and got no response. I followed up the next day, and prior to responding, they sent my order to fulfillment then responded to say it’s too late to cancel because it’s already being fulfilled but they’ll offer a 50% refund. I intended to refuse delivery, but they don’t include their name on their label and use some unheard of company for shipping so you can’t just take it back to UPS. I filed a complaint with my credit card company but they said I’d have to comply with the company’s return policy which requires me to pay for return shipping. Avoid this company at all costs.

I don’t normally write reviews but these microscopes are rubbish. I just put my two in the bag to take to the charity shop. Totally naff. What a waste of money. What you see on the website is totally fabricated and is not what you see when you use these little microscopes.

I have order almost 2 months ago.
I have written to social media and in contact section 3 times to tell me when you will send me what I bought since my purchase is still in the "ordered confirmed" status, however no one answers anything and my children are still waiting for their scientific gift that from what I see does not seem to be real.

I have been patiently waiting for my delivery, keep getting emails enticing me to purchase more microscopes, but not before I get my original order.
Have sent 2 emails with proof of purchase, I have edited my original post as I have today received my order.

If there was a 0 star rating, this company would get it!

FYI this is a completely scammy company, with a professional looking website, charging extortionate prices for generic, mass manufactured, inferior quality items you can purchase on other generic junk websites, for a fraction of the price! It’s the type of rubbish you can buy from ‘those’ sorts of websites (begins with a S ending in N and another starting with a T and ending in U!).

I am furious with myself that I got suckered in & fell for the professional looking website! That image of ‘Anna & Tom’, I reverse image searched & they’re actually called Vicki & Rich from a bed linen company based in America….legit, genuine people, from a legit, genuine company! I’ve reported the use of their image to their company, so hopefully something can be done!

I’ve requested a refund from this company, but I’m not hopeful I’ll get one. If I hear nothing back from them I guess I’ll have to speak to my card issuer. I’ve also requested to return the items, they can have their junk back because I certainly don’t want it!

I guess it serves me right for not doing my due diligence!

I ordered some small microscopes for my grandchildren however the product does not work and is of very poor quality. DO NOT buy from this company. I tried to return the products and they do not respond with the instructions on how to return them. Yet another poor experience through a Facebook ad. Sigh...never again.

I received a poor-quality item with no proper packaging, only plastic wrap. The product is completely different from what was shown on the website. Highly disappointed!

The shipped me a knock-off product. When I emailed customer service, they offered me a refund, as if this was totally normal and acceptable behavior. Avoid at all costs!

Total SCAM company. I ordered my item Sept 15, 2024. The item apparently still has not been sent, I haven't received anything, no response to emails sent to their info and support email addresses as well as messaging them through the "contact us" section of their website. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission Fraud Line. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Still waiting for refund for the wind turbine that never arrived - have contacted company 4 times and no reply.

Absolutely appalling! Placed an order and within an hour (after then doing my research) sent an email to cancel my order…. Sent 4 emails in total asking to cancel and refund only to receive a dispatched email 24hrs later!
Do Not Use! Do Not Buy!

The microscope that I bought was shipped from China, so delivery took about 15 days. When it arrived I put new batteries in it, but it didn’t work. I have sent several emails to them asking how I can return the item, but I haven’t had a response. There was no return information when I received the order.

Rubbish. No reply to emails asking for returns label. Don't buy.

ABSOLUTE JUNK and undeliverable messages come back when you e mail them.
