Good value item high postage cost
The product was good value and delivered promptly, sadly let down by £5 postage on top of the good value. This item only cost £3.50 to send Royal Mail it’s a shame 👎🏻charged £5 to send something which is so small, it could go into a simple envelope.👎🏻

Great prices for genuine toothbrush heads and very quick delivery, a straightforward and positive purchase. I’ve bought from the company in the past and found their customer service to be really good too.

Really poor aftersales service
Completely impossible to contact if you have a problem with your purchase. They don't answer email contact requests ( I made four attempts over two weeks), and no contact phone number is provided. I'd advise you to avoid like the plague - there's plenty of other good internet-based retailers out there!!
