Im a content creator. Got unsolicited email from YWS about how they connect brands with creators. I scheduled a call which end up being a sales call for their program which offers tools to creators to grow as creators.
Nothing in first 2 emails has been said about selling of a program , this is a total scam that companies do to get people pay for courses. Just shady business and I don’t recommend this company.

Sandy is a great and quick communicator and was a pleasure to work with.

The YWS sales person gave us big promises and we didn't quite get the outcome we were sold (tons of message testing, channel growth and tiktok shop sales) BUT the account person assigned to our brand who actually did the work with us was super knowledgeable about the channel and did what he could to help us grow. In my opinion, it was worth the money we spent for the 100s of pieces of content and his ongoing consultation alone, but it was more of a learning experience than anything else.

I have had a pleasure to work with Sandy. Not only was she super responsive, but she truly made me feel heard/seen in the process of our collab. I have worked with tons of brands/people in the past and she was a pleasure

I have worked with many agencies in the past and YWS was by far the worst experience for many reasons. After 4 months of them working on our account we got 2 sales. Not even the product titles and descriptions were optimized.

We had weekly meetings running through the same issues over and over again with little action following them. While the team is friendly, business results matter, and there was zero accountability.

We don’t expect thousands as soon as you open a shop however blaming the TikTok platform instead of resolving issues with seller support (which they don’t know how to use) would seem obvious. They ended up consulting us on many areas of the shop which shows an extreme lack of knowledge.

I would strongly advise against working with YWS as you will be paying $20k+ for them to source some creators. That’s about it. All the positive reviews on their account are creators which you pay for content, and not from companies like ours.

I started working with YWS earlier this year and I'm so glad I did! They reached out to me from my TikTok page and we started a partnership. Now that we have worked together a few times, they continue to send me brand partnership opportunities monthly that would be a good fit. I have worked closely with Sandy Mena and she is a delight to work with! She sends clear instructions and deadlines for each project. The company is always prompt with payment which I appreciate.
