So efficient and prompt and I love my dress!

I made a mistake and bought two coats when I wanted one. Before I'd even rung the shop Diane rang me to check if I wanted two coats.

When she found I didn't she altered the order immediately and refunded the difference.

She also guided me through sizing.

So I have a beautiful coat and very good service. I will be buying again

A truely inventive and creative design of clothing, made well and with flare and with practical addition - concealed button loops for strength, for example. Very much the alternative to the boring mode "trending" - God how I hate that word - pattern from the high street.

I came across Deanne's stall at the Swanage folk festival at the weekend and was immediately drawn in by her beautiful and unique range of clothing. My friends and I were immediately taken with the gorgeous colours and fabrics, one of the best things was the range of sizes that her clothing comes in.Ive been disappointed so often that beautiful clothes never seem to be in a size 16-18,however Deanne's range takes into account that all women should have the chance to wear clothes like this.
Deanne was very open and friendly and I know it sounds strange, but had a lovely vibe about her and this made all the difference, my husband purchased one of her gorgeous coats for me for my birthday which I am delighted with! at least 5 of my friends went to her stall that weekend to purchase her clothes!

My husband and I met Deanne at Cropredy festival on Saturday, last day of the festival .I went to her stall with the intention of buying a particular skirt but it appeared to be all sold out in the colourway I really wanted. I tried on another skirt, but the fabric ,length and colourway was not really to my liking .Deanne very helpful and with no pressure explained that the fabric I preferred and shorter length would actually probably fit me better in a different size and so it did. We spoke for sometime about 'lots of things' and had the most lovely time chatting to Deanne and her lovely sister. I will certainly visit again and love my purchase although I am yet to wear it ......thoroughly recommend this purchasing experience, thank you Deanne .

Brought 3 dresses at a folk festival. After wearing 1 of them once and washing it. It ripped. Asked for help figured out was a hand was only dress after being told no lable in the dress to state this. Was offered a replacement dress. This went on for 2 months. Today finally give up and asked for a refund which was granted. Don't offer a replacement dress then don't deliver. This all started in the 8th of June unbelievable. And I was gonna order more no chance now

Deanne is so caring and helps everyone look their best! I have clothes from several years ago as well as recent purchases and they all keep looking good. There is so much choice of design and colour it's really difficult to decide!
