Considering my order being quite small (of only 10 books), the customer service and facilitation could not have been any better. From helping me to format my initial documents to proofing the design of the cover, YouLovePrint maintained a constant email communication to ensure satisfaction at every turn. They even threw in an extra 4 copies free of charge.

Amazing quality for the price 😻 This was my second book printing order with YouLovePrint, and I had a few worries due to the unusual book design we had this time, but everything turned out perfect. Everyone loves the books. We’ll order again soon 🔥

Customer service are so helpful! I sent them a pdf of a card I wanted printed and they immediately let me know what I needed to change for them. Just received my first batch of cards (quantity 100) and they are amazing print quality! Shipping date estimated was accurate (10/05) and I received them today! We unfortunately had a very different experience than what the reviews suggest. Let's try to describe the events objectively:

On our first order (small serie of A5 booklets), the autocomplete of the address by google went wrong. Not YLP's fault, we can agree. This was however caught up IMMEDIATELY and we rang them WITHIN SECONDS to have the address fixed. No problem, guy courteous enough, ensures it is sorted.
You guessed it, parcelforce informs us that the address is wrong - how irritating! Specially as this was "fixed" over the phone within 1 minute of placing the order... but hey. At least, the prints were nice!

No, wait... They were not. Exactly half of them were stappled in the wrong order. Now that is obviously a real problem. Strike 2! Contact them again! "Marginally" irritated. They commit to reprinting and sending the missing half.

Strike 3 right there! We are said they are sorry but it really feels like they are more annoyed than anything - and commercially borderline. When a mistake of this size happen, you resend the whole print as a gesture (we are speaking of a £50 order!) or commit to a massive discount on next order or something: you don't just slowly commit to simply make things right. But at that point, they were clearly already no longer interested in our little order... And... guess what...

Strike 4! Parcelforce informs us that the address is YET AGAIN wrong, forcing us to run like headless chicken after parcelforce (again!) despite having the delivery address now corrected over the phone, by email AND on the account page of YLP website. I don't even understand where they dug it from... At that point we decide to give up and I email them asking in no uncertain terms WTH is wrong with them.

Strike 5! You'd think that would be the end of it - you would be wrong. Despite the email telling them EXPRESSELY not to contact us again, we are immediately called by someone with a MASSIVE chip on his shoulder, telling me point blank that my "tiny, insignificant order" (quote!) was of no consequence and very seriously - you could not make that up! - counting points on who made the most mistakes... At which point I politely cut short the pointless conversation and hanged up. You guessed it...

Strike-I-have-lost-count, the guy called back, and as I did not pick up this time, sent a pissy email! A proper, proper chip on his shoulder this one...

I'd love to put a link for you to download the phone call (recorded) but I guess trustpilot would not allow that. I had the call listened to, as I was thinking "is it me or...?" - and listener litterally fell of their chairs at the tone and words used by YLP. I won't even mention their follow-up email. Disgraceful.

I put 2 stars because I promised to evaluate objectively, not out of anger and the truth is that we eventually picked up the missing prints, which are technically good; and because we were refunded in full without even asking for it (at that point I was no longer interested in dealing with them at all and we had just wrote off the order.)

But this "tiny, insignificant" order has been a real headache. Be prepared if you need to deal with them directly, because that is the most unpleasant professional exchange I had in decades, worth a bad monty python sketch. There is not a chance in a million years that we will deal with them again or recommend them.

The whole thing was not just ridiculously unprofessional, it was ridiculous and rude through and through.

Avoid.

PS: trace me from trustpilot and write to me, I'll happily give the phone call and emails to whoever asks, as I understand they flag all negative reviews as "false".

I received my books and I absolutely love the quality of them. Also, I appreciate the quality of service provided by Kelly, Ed and Neil, patiently helping me rectify all the problems with the design and communicating effectively.

This company has surprised me through and through. The customer service has been beyond amazing. I had to email them a few times with a few queries and the responses have always been polite and very prompt! The book I ordered took less than two weeks to be produced and delivered! The quality of the book has exceeded any and all expectations I might've had. I've used a different UK based online printing service before and let's say they left much to be desired. The book I have just received here, is extremely high quality, the print is very crisp, the paper quality is amazing and the binding is just brilliant considering! Honestly I do not understand how you guys are managing to provided such high levels of service and quality for such amazing prices. I am quite literally putting in my second order as I am writing this review and I will definitely be putting in a lot more in the future!

Producing your first book can be daunting but not with the help of Ed and the team at YLP. I had not understood the format for the loading files required and they were brill in helping me sort these and get a great price together. Highly recommend these folks and thanks again Ed

I found this company on Google search, looking to have a book printed in paperback. The whole experience was excellent. When I was having difficulty making the cover pages fit, they were quick to respond and were very helpful with suggestions and worked hard to make it fit properly. Turnaround was quick and they gave very good value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending them

I had the task of finding a local (UK) based printing company that could print a few hundred books (paperback). This company has a fantastic website that gives you prices immediately. They were responsive over the weekend and they delivered. In comparison to others out there (one got back to me about 2 weeks after the initial enquiry!), these guys really are on the ball and pulled out all the stops. It was refreshing to know a proper human being is behind the scenes, and you're not dealing with a faceless robot abroad. I'd highly recommend these guys to do the job. In terms of pricing - they easily were the most competitive out there. By far. If you're looking for a decent printers, UK based and you have print runs, maybe you're an author or a publishers - these are the guys. Fantastic quality and very professional. I'm not often impressed... but I have been impressed.

I have used YLP to print two 120+pp books and numerous varieties of A4 posters in the past and would not hesitate in recommending them. Both the customer service and prices are excellent. One small thing though - the previous version of the website was infinitely easier to upload and review files than the current one. I wonder why it changed? If it ain't broke don't fix it. It is only a minor thing though, I'll still continue to use YLP and have a 212pp book in the pipeline.
