Delivery was good. Cutting labels inconsistent.
Delivery was good. Ordered some Lyle and Scott tops. Each label cut off and so scratches at the neck line. Also I ordered some Champion joggers which were fine. Thing I found strange that they actually state the brands on website and cut the labels on the Lyle and Scott clothes but not the Champion clothing. Won't bother again.

Some brands require that the label is defected, while others allow it to remain intact, which may explain why the Lyle & Scott tops had their labels cut and the Champion items did not.

Wrong colour garments sent
Wrong colour garments sent. I ordered black and received navy.
Ordered baby’s pyjamas for my granddaughter and there was a spelling mistake on them.
Returning is too complicated so won’t be returning but won’t be re-ordering again.

The first time I used this company
This was the first time I have used this company. I ordered seven items and only kept one. They looked good on the website but I was very disappointed with the quality and fit. The only item I kept was a hoodie which I'm pleased with fit and the quality.
Unfortunately I won't be using them again.
