Booked a flat in Northampton for 7 days for 5 people , when we got there there was bedding for 4 , 4 bath towels and 2 hand towels. 1 pot and a frying pan ,the handle on the sink was broken the first shower would not work , the second bathroom no plug the fan and light kept coming on and off. Reported this and a maintenance man came said he would be back on Monday right enough he never said which Monday. Patio door would not lock then they sent password for Netflix—-.——.———— asked again for password got the same back,lack of utensils and the drain were honking

Working with Jonny and the Yoko staff is great. And the properties that Yoko offer are really good and upmarket,
whilst being good value for money. Our family has used Yoko on several occasions and we will definitely continue to in the future.

I stayed in a 2-bed flat in Coventry for a work conference and on arrival the place was immaculate - just as the photos shown. I'm bad with directions but the online staff were able to help me get to the property and explained to me about all of the local amenities. I booked through Airbnb this time but I was told that I can book directly and get exclusive discounts which I will definitely do next time!

Booked a flat in Chelmsford for work and the service was great! It was so easy to check in, the staff were extremely helpful and the flat itself was spotless. I booked with them directly instead of Airbnb and booking.com for a better rate.

My stay at Yoko Properties was seriously awesome! The rooms were super clean, way better than those chain hotels. Everything was on point from the moment I stepped in. The room was not just clean but also super cool, with modern stuff that made it feel like my vibe. Plus, the staff were total legends, always there to help out and make sure everything was perfect. The location was wicked too, easy to get around. Overall, Yoko Properties totally crushed it! If you want a sick stay that's way better than a regular hotel, Yoko is the way to go!

Stayed with Yoko for the Silverstone GP weekend and it was perfect! Staff was super helpful and property was immaculate! The check-in instructions were very clear on arrival and booking was seamless. Got a great price by booking direct instead of the usual booking sites like Airbnb/Booking.com etc… would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

First time using Yoko after being recommended by a friend and we're so glad we did. Absolutely brilliant service from the staff there. The booking process was seamless and their house at Redcar was clean and well furnished.

We had a great & comfortable stay at one of Yokos properties in Northampton. My team and I where very satisfied with the premises, the bedding was very comfortable as my team and I require sufficient rest due to the nature of our industry “construction”, the amenities were great and everything we needed was present. Any enquiries where handled in a timely and professional manner. Would 100% recommend to others, and happily extend our stay if project required. Keep up with the great work 👍🏼

Rooms were extremely clean and modern. Perfect mid-term stay for us! The service we had was great as well, very quick at responding to our needs and the check-in process was smooth. Would highly recommend any contractors to use them, I would definitely be coming back!

Stay at one of their pet “friendly “ properties at your peril. Their property maintenance does not include making sure there’s no toxins in the garden. Our dog nearly died, and they just don’t care. There were so many problems and all they do is ghost you. Badly maintained homes and not clean. Unsafe plumbing, scalding water and the only comments are “We’ll speak to our managers” and “No-one else has complained “. “You should have said something at the time” Even though we had to spend a whole day in the vets with our really sick dog.

Don’t risk it!

The team at Yoko has been managing my properties for just over 2 years. Prior to Yoko, i've used a number of Serviced Accommodation management companies and Yoko has managed it, by far, a lot better. Thanks all!

Horrendous experience staying at one of there so called 1 bed apartments, which is actually a dirty studio room. I have requested a refund for the second night of £150 as the advert for this property is a scam. It was absolutely not as advertised as on booking.com. There is no double bed, no seperate bedroom, no seperate living room, no dishwasher, no washing machine, no hot water and no possibility to shower as the shower hose is too short for the shower cradle. There were drug takers downstairs at all hours wondering around and very odd asylum seekers. The windows do not close properly. It was a security concern to stay there. The sheets were not laundered and there was a broken door next to the single bed which would not close so can’t even sleep in the single bed. I left after 6 hours and requested a refund for the second evening. It is not a one bed apartment. It is a single studio room. Scam artists. Just check other trust pilot reviews and you can read all you need to know. Need to be investigated and shut down. Have already contacted our family lawyer for advice .

Booked a luxury house with pool table , sky ,Netflix in Milton Keynes 10th July 2023 for 4 days costing £750
Arrived after a 4 hour drive at 4.15pm to find it still not cleaned from prior occupancy, kitchen filthy beds not changed dirty towels full bins etc. Had to get there cleaners to come at 7.30pm.
Pool table is a small kids one lol.
Pluming problem in bathroom with bath not emptying after a shower. Boiler broke down half way through week so no hot water to shower and had to use kettle for dishes.
Dodgy wiring and back garden falling apart with dangerous walkways.
Bookin.com useless as where Yoko

Had the worst experience at Yoko property in Milton Kynes and would not recommend to anyone. The property was too small and had a lot of broken tiles and protruding nails which I felt wasn't safe for my crawling baby. Reached out to them with pictures of the house and nothing was done. Struggled locking the door and again nothing was done. They took £45 from my account without explaining what it was for and when I asked, they said I broke one part of the fridge which was a complete lie. I requested them to send photos of the broken part as I had taken pictures and video of apartment as evidence before I left. They returned the money without sending pictures and never apologised. I also forgot my laptop and at collection they told me someone had picked it which wasn't true and when I asked for details that's when the story changed and they gave back my laptop. In a nutshell they're the worst and very frustrating dealing with them, not professional at all.
