Tonya is a fabulous yoga teacher and a gentle, caring person. Her studio is warm, light and clean. She gives clear instructions and alternatives for those not so advanced. I would highly recommend her classes.

Not only is Tonya a great yoga professional, she is also a lovely human being. Her studio is clean, spacious and welcoming and I never fail to feel comfortable, at ease and relaxed.

Tonya is a great teacher and I cannot recommend her classes highly enough. She gives very clear directions and makes sure you are doing each pose correctly. The exercises are challenging but adjusted to your own pace and ability- there are easier poses for beginners and enhanced ones for those more experienced. The studio is lovely, with a nice relaxing music. The sessions will improve your fitness, posture and flexibility and will soothe your body and mind!

Tonya is a warm, caring yoga teacher. Love the classes as Tonya keeps her classes interesting and give you options to suit your ability and flexibility. I feel like I am improving so much. Soft beautiful background music and the glow and flicker of candles create a such a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend

Classes are amazing, challenging but not too complicated.Small group and a lovely setting. You leave each class feeling like a different person.

Had my first class with Tonya today and really enjoyed it. An amazing space to practice. Tonya explains things really well and her voice is very soothing. Can't wait to visit again.

I went to my first yoga class with Tonya last night and absolutely loved it. Her studio is fully equipped, it was subtly lit, candles were burning and soft music was playing providing a wonderful space of tranquility and calm. Tonya was able to give us lots of individual attention during the yoga class and gently corrected our postures as necessary. She guided us through a series of flows and postures followed by a truly fabulous breathing exercise and then the relaxation. I can’t wait for my next session.
