Silver membership conscious breathing
I joined silver membership in March 2026. I completed my one month lfc. I have done exercise and walking regularly but i always had body pains in the end. But after 3 days of lfc, i had less body pain and found myself healing and sleep hours increased , my sinus issues, neck and shoulder pain reduced. At first I was unable to sit for 20 mins and complete sessions and now I am able to sit and complete session. My overall health issues are reducing and I will continue lfc and improve my lifestyle habits. Thank you bhadrinath sir and team for your support.

From Lifelong Pain to Peace in One Month
I experienced remarkable relief from two of my long-standing issues—migraine and snoring. Migraines had troubled me since childhood, but for the first time, I enjoyed nearly two months without them. Snoring was another persistent problem, leaving me exhausted and heavy-headed every morning. Beyond the physical discomfort, it carried a social stigma that made me anxious whenever I had to sleep in a new place.
Finding relief from these challenges has been transformative. Alongside this, I’ve noticed additional benefits: a more disciplined lifestyle, greater consistency in my daily activities, and improved emotional balance, with my anger issues significantly reduced. Altogether, this has brought me both physical comfort and renewed confidence in my personal and social life.

Joining CBH was a well thought out decision and it ended to be a great experience. Step by step guidance to breathing helped not only in conscious breathing, but also subtle breathing. The course is made interesting, for example, once we start a 30 day challenge, we don't feel like taking a break until we complete and once we complete, the change is remarkable that we wish to get more into breathing. The benefits of pranayama before sleep can be beautifully experienced. The various guidance sessions have been truly helpful and extremely thankful to Badri sir and team for this wonderful effort which is the need of the hour.
Step by Step to Real Change
I am very happy to share that I have completed the 30 day LFC challenge. I did it consistently without missing a day, and it has truly been a wonderful experience.
I feel very light, calm and more energetic now. My body has become more flexible. My breathing also feels more steady and relaxed, which keeps me more calm and positive throughout the day.
One of the biggest changes I have noticed is in my BP - it was always borderline high earlier but now it has come down and has been stable for many days. Even after my morning walks, when I check my BP immediately without rest, it still shows normal readings, which gives me a lot of confidence.
Also, the pain that I was experiencing in my feet has completely vanished, which is a huge relief.
Along with the sessions, I have started following better lifestyle and eating habits with portion control and both together are working really well. I feel more confident overall.

I joined cbh as a diamond member in January, I am suffering from steroid dependant colitis, i was in anxiety depression after hearing my diagnosis
But with kajal madamS diet advice,her timely counseling, badri sir' daily diamond huddle,prana healing practices, Wednesday wisdom sessions,also mamta madam's timely suggestion, I am feeling much better now
My gastroentrologist reduced my dosage,I am feeling confident. Sleep quality improved.also I am actively doing my medical practice.

Miraculous change in lung health
I was suffering from wheezing issues and breathlessness very often. It would worsen during winters.
I started practicing Badri Sir's LFC course and within days, my coughing and wheezing went down miraculously. I am doing the 3 rd round of the LFC practice and I find it life changing.

CONSCIOUS BREATHING BLISSFUL LIFE
CONSCIOUS BREATHING - It's a great service to mankind. Badrinathji is like an oasis in a desert - a chaotic world of stress, anxiety, selfishness, horrible competition which leads to unhealth and reduction in lifespan. Before joining this community I was full of anxiety, stress. My weight was 74kg for height of 5.1. Hypertension readings were constantly 160/100 and such. Above all I was facing severe Insomnia and sleep issues. Eating habits were irregular too.
Now since last fortnight or so Hypertension is reduced to normal 130/90, weight to 63Kg, Sleep quality Improved. I m hopeful to see more better readings for all of these ailments. Positivity has increeased too. I m taking meals by 7pm daily. That too has given me much lightedness and bliss. I have started sharing these with my wife too..she too is amazed to see inchloss in both of us. I urge as many of u out there in chaotic world...ENTER THE WORLD OF CONSCIOUS BREATHING.. you will see Blissful life. I practiced 30 day Lung Fitness…
I practiced 30 day Lung Fitness Challenge. My snoring is reduced. Feeling energetic. I am also practicing the prana healing sessions, I am getting good sleep, stress reduced. Previously I was unable to sleep atleast 3 hours . Now i' m getting upto 6 hours sleep. Thank you so much sir, the course design is totally superb and I found it is very useful for my overall health improvement.

Really it's amezing journey since last 30days. Lot of problems have overcome like digestive system, constipation etc. but will continue again to overcome my Snoring and dry mouth issues. Lets see for another 30days. Thank you Sir .
