I have had my YO-YO DESK PRO 2 for 6…
I have had my YO-YO DESK PRO 2 for 6 years and still going strong. It is easy to assemble (disassemble when you move) solid and always works. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended!

Very helpful with a broken delivery
I had a desk arrive with one leg which wouldn't go up. While it took a while to sort (in part because my email broke in the middle of this process), they replaced the desk and even had a fitter come out to disassemble the old desk and put the new one together, so we would know it was working before they left. Very helpful!

#AC-13472 Ordered the Desk Ultima on 20th May
Ordered the Desk Ultima on 20th May. The product wasn't due for release until the 26th, which was fine. After that date passed with no shipping update, I contacted support.
I received a response on 1st June explaining the order had missed its dispatch window due to warehouse issues, but that it had been prioritised and was being sent that day, with tracking to follow.
Four days later — nothing. No tracking, no dispatch confirmation, no reply to my follow-up sent on 3rd June.
The communication has been the real issue here. One apology email followed by complete silence isn't good enough, especially when you've explicitly told a customer their order is on its way. Still waiting. Not sure the cost of these items can be justified based on the delivery estimates.

You are right to raise the communication issue. Your order was delayed following the release date, and although we did make contact to explain the situation, we accept that the follow-up communication was not good enough. Once a customer has been told an order is being prioritised, they should not have to chase again for updates.
As discussed with you directly, part of our desktop stock was affected by a warehouse issue, and unfortunately your desktop was one of the items impacted.
We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to put this right. We have also taken your comments seriously internally, particularly around communication when an order is delayed.

Better than i could have hoped for .
Customer service was speedy and very good, and i am a very happy customer.
The build quality is exceptional and it's very easy to use. Despite it's strength the gas dampers make light work of raising and lowering. Height range is perfect and it has transformed my working experience.

We take customer feedback seriously and always investigate concerns thoroughly. However, despite extensive internal checks, we have been unable to identify any transaction, delivery, installation, customer service case, or correspondence matching the claims made within this review.
As a business, we categorically reject the allegation that we would “bully” a customer or threaten charges in the manner described. This is entirely inconsistent with both our company values and the professional standards we apply when handling customer enquiries and deliveries.
We have requested further information in order to properly investigate the matter, however no evidence has been provided to substantiate the claims made within this review.

Great desk, great service
What an excellent experience using Yo-Yo desk was. I thought it would be awkward because I was renovating the office and it had to be delivered at a certain time. I spoke to someone who helped and then when I got the order sent through, it had all be worked through for us. Helpful communications. We paid for someone to install (well worth the money in my view!) and he was great - put the whole desk together with minimum fuss and bother. On top of this, the desk works just how it should and has transformed my comfort in the office. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Beyond disappointing
Beyond disappointing. I really am lost for words how bad my experience with this company has been. Having received a damaged desktop and then subsequently being charged delivery for a replacement, albeit because it was 14 days outside the 30 day money back guarantee period, the replacement arrived and you guessed it DAMAGED!! So I now have two damaged desktops and I paid for the privilege. There is clearly a big issue here with either the quality checking process or packaging but from a customers perspective this is unacceptable. At the very least I would expect a full refund and apology for the inconvenience caused and will looking elsewhere for a better quality product and company.

Having reviewed your case, whilst your original request fell outside of our standard 30-day money-back period, we still worked with you to provide a replacement solution in good faith.
It is clearly frustrating that the replacement desktop also arrived with transit damage, and on this point, I completely understand your frustration. Whilst all desktops are quality checked prior to dispatch, unfortunately damage can occasionally occur during third-party transportation despite our packaging standards.
That said, receiving two damaged desktops is not the experience we aim to deliver, nor the standard we expect of ourselves.
Our team remains committed to resolving this for you fairly and professionally, and we have invited you to continue working directly with us so we can bring this matter to a satisfactory conclusion.

The desk helps me to stand up from time to time. It is wide and spacious, sturdy. I would recommend this desk to others.

£1,250 “L-Shaped Desk” Arrived as Two Wrong Kits With Missing Parts — Totally Unacceptable
I ordered what was supposed to be a premium L-shaped desk, but what I received were two completely separate desk kits with no instructions on how they could possibly be joined together. The desktop should have been a single piece, yet I was sent two mismatched panels that don’t align or sit flush, leaving me to improvise with my own metal bracket just to make the desk usable. Key parts were also missing from the kits, including the required U-shaped bracket. For a desk costing over £1,250, the quality, accuracy, and attention to detail are nowhere near acceptable. Due to this poor experience, I’ve cancelled my accompanying chair order and requested a full refund. I cannot recommend this company based on what I’ve received.
[1/12/25 15:50] Spoke to David at Yo Yo. He is working with me to make this right. I expect to have some missing items from the suppliers and the install team to come around to address the missing parts.
