Booked months ago for a football team of u15's to take from northern Ireland to the Edinburgh cup and was contacted 9pm the night before we travel to be told the bus had broke down and alternative could be sought! This was booked 6 months ago and paid for in full £1200, I was told that the refund would take 7 days. The money was collected from 21 people who have now been let down. The coach was required to transport us from the west coast of Scotland to Edinburgh and return, with August being a busy month in Edinburgh with the fringe festival it's near on impossible to get anything booked! We have invested nearly £3500 to get to this tournament and 1 bus broker has ruined what was meant to be the best trip ever for these lads to not able to go. I am absolutely furious with this company and have sent them a complaint that I hope is read. I will be doing a lot more research in future with booking travel and will NEVER use this company again and hope other people don't.

Coach to Wembley absolute shambles. The coach came hours late and was smaller than what we had booked so some had to book an uber to the destination.(manchester to london 500 pound fee!!!!!) The driver then had the audacity to stop 45 minutes away from Wembley for a 30 minutes cigarette break after just stopping for one an hour before. This made us late for the match and we only got in the ground 10 minutes after kick off.
After the match we was shocked to find the coach driver had left and the return trip was cancelled. No offer of a refund of half the money was given and our belongings left on the coach were taken with the driver. Will never use again what a joke.

First of all, the driver thought he’d have a lie in and showed up 2 hours late, then spent an hour waiting around as they’d overbooked and wouldn’t set off, meaning lads had no travel down to Wembley. Once we set off the driver decided to stop every hour and have 15 minutes break even though we had a kick off time to make! He wasn’t arsed one bit about getting us there on time. So when we eventually got to Wembley (10 mins after ko) we had no clue where the coach was parked. Turns out he’d made his way back home and got an early night, Asif the 5 breaks in the day wasn’t enough. And we’ve not even heard the mention of a refund. Couldn’t run a bath this lot Nevermind a coach company. You’d be faster walking to your destination.

Absolute shambles of a company. Coach turned up almost 2 hours late and didnt bring coaches with enough seats for everyone. Dropped off at our destination 5 minutes before kick off and then complained the coach wasnt tidy despite us bringing our own rubbish bags and not even giving us an opportunity to put the rubbish bags in bins. After kick off the driver turned his phone off and then we found out from the office that the driver had left taking peoples personal belongings that had been left behind. With trains strikes this left us no choice but to either pay for a hotel and get the train next day or get a taxi home from London to Manchester. We decided to get the taxi home which cost £450.00. Driver was rude and seemingly tried to make us late by taking his second break within an hour when we was 1 hour away with kick off being an 1 1/2 hours away. Stood tapping his watch saying 3 more minutes as if he was trying to get some kind of reaction. Idiot.

Do not use these clowns.

Couldn't have asked for a worse experience. Coach turned up over an hour late, with a coach that was too small to fit everyone in. Despite already running late, he needlessly stopped at an extra services to ensure we arrived at our destination late. He offered no reasoning for this as he'd already had a break earlier in the journey.

Not only did he not arrive or get us to our destination time, he didn't pick us up, leaving all our belongings on the coach.

YesCoaches? More like NoCoaches.

70 people stranded in London, having to spend hundreds of pounds on Ubers / hotels / train back after the drivers did not complete the return journey. As far as I’m concerned the driver made us late for the FA cup final by being 2 hours late… then stopping twice, the second time only 1 hour after the first stop and only an hour from the end of the journey.

There will have been a mess left on the coach, as we arrived at Wembley at 2:57 (3pm ko), but we didn’t stop to put belongings underneath as usual and we always make sure the coach is tidy as we leave the coach.

We’ve heard of 3 people who paid 400 in Uber, 6 who paid 600 and another 6 who paid 550. 4 lads have stayed down in a £350 hotel room and have to pay £100 each for the train and that's only the people that we've heard from. People had expensive and important belongings on there such as house and car keys.

In a cost of living crisis, and having already spent £55 in advance for the coach - this is massively inconsiderate, at the very least.

A shambles from start to finish, would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely terrible company. Arrived 2 hours late, with less seats available than we had booked for and then refused to leave unless the extra people got off the bus without alternative travel. Arrived late for the FA cup final while the driver didn’t once communicate with us and sat taking half an hour breaks while we’re running late.

Company also made the decision after the game to cancel the coaches on the way back, leaving 70 people stuck in London with no trains running either

Alot of hidden cost. Read well the small letters. The bus was really late and didn’t come to the right spot.

Straight forward booking process and easy to contact the company if needed. Buses turned up on time and no issues with journey, would recommend!
