Functional place to stay in Nairobi for one night

We were tired when we arrived and the accommodations were perfect for us.

The hotel location was nice in that it overlooked the park but the room was dirty. There was red (possibly blood) splatter on the bathroom wall and the mat on the floor of the tub was yellow and dirty looking. The only reason I gave any stars is because the people working at the hotel were really nice and helpful. Great service, poor quality room.

Very kind staff and accommodating as we arrived very late at night from our international travels. Our room window was open on arrival with the screen set to the side so we had quite of few mosquitos in our room for our one night stay. Breakfast was buffet style and good for a day before more travel. Would stay again as it was close to the airport and friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel and accoutrements, we arrived late in the evening and the staff opened up the kitchen for us at the sister hotel. Wonderful setting, beautiful rooms and a lovely staff!

Ole Sereni is perfectly adequate for a stopover in Nairobi. The restaurant overlooks Nairobi National Reserve and is a lovely way to wind down from a day of travel. The rooms are basic but perfectly fine for a night of rest.
