I wish I had read these reviews before i purchased from this company. Sizing is terrible. Fabric was cheap and nasty and not how it was described in the description. One dress was supposed to be cotton but felt like parachute material. Not everything arrived at once so missed the 15 day return window. So lost out about $70 on this transaction. Not a happy camper. 😔😔

I ordered the BOHO dress from Yellow Peppers for $27.99 only to receive it to be was highly disappointed. I started a dispute on PayPal and Yellow Peppers did agree to give me back $14.99. I was not willing to accept that as the dress looks like a Halloween costume I wore when I was younger in the 80s. I've appealed this 3 times and every time PayPal comes back and sides with yellow peppers. Here I go again appealing the case for the 4th time, I refuse to give up.

Ordered $99 worth of cute clothing only to have everything shipped one at a time. Nothing was sized correctly, or even colored the same as the website, and their return policy states you can email them for a return address and send your product back within 15 days of receiving it and they will refund you. (Minus the $30+ dollars it takes to ship it to China. Plus, you don't get all your stuff at once, so if some of it comes past the 15 day window the first item was received, like mine, you'll pay at least $60 in shipping.) I emailed multiple times and still got shipping confirmations and promotional emails, but never a return address. They purposefully were avoiding it. I should have known not to buy from a site that ships overseas and has no reviews on their website, because I just had to eat the $100 bucks I spent.

I bought a dress and it arrived damanged. Also, it does not look like the one showed in the photos.
I tried to return it and it seems that it's not possible since it is a sales product.
So unhappy with customer support. I had to send many emails to received a reply.

One star doesn't even describe how bad this company is. 100% horrible knock offs. I ordered a dress and it came shipped to me from China. The only thing similar was the dress colours. The fit was HORRIBLE.. it was actually just a square with arm holes. And the best part? The material was made out of the same material tents and kites are. It would be easy to feel like I wasted my money.. but I choose to think is spent the money on a life lesson...NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The worst part is that on Facebook people have commented actual questions about how the dress fits, if people have ordered from them etc. I replied to some of those posts sharing my experience.. and Yellow Peppers deleted my comments and blocked me from commenting. Just for telling consumers to be careful. They are portraying a false image by limiting real customer feedback. I hope people do their research first (unlike me lol.. life lesson) and realize this company is a sham.

Wish I could give a minus star. The photo on website and the product I got where defiantly not the same thing! Very cheap and tacky don't waste your time or money. Cheap and nasty!
Also i messaged and asked for refund and never got a response...

Do NOT buy from this company. It is a SCAM. My item never turned up. I chased them after 2 months and they kept sending me tracking links that didn't work. Then they stopped replying to my emails. I've sent 15 emails since demanding my money back. This is a total scam

I bought a dress from Yellow Peppers. I was super excited to get it; the picture on the website made it seem really comfy and cute but when I got it, it fit and felt like a garbage bag. I'll never buy anything off this site again.

The dress I received fit poorly and was made with cheap material. The hem was unfinished and it looked like something you would make $20 curtains out of upon arrival. When I asked to return the item, they told me this was not an option but offered me a new item in its place with the understanding that I would only pay shipping for the new item. When I chose my item (a $23 dress) they told me shipping would be close to $14. The first dress was already poor quality and, without the option of return, you just keep spending money with the hopes that quality of other dresses will be better. I will not be purchasing from the company again, nor will I recommend it to any of my peers.

Received 1 out of 2 dresses. Still waiting 2 months later. Every time I email yellow peppers it's like they haven't read all the previous correspondence. I have to keep showing them the paperwork proving that I only received one dress but was charged for two. Safe to say I won't get the second dress or a refund. I won't shop here again

I can not track my order and it's been a few weeks. Received 1 of the 3 items and it is garbage. So, I'm trying to return it and am not getting a response. This is a scam

Do not order from this side. It is not US, is 100% Chinese.The quality and design shown in the pictures is not what I receive. I am going to request refunding.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I ordered a dress and a skirt. The dress fit, but was made out of terrible cheap 4-way-stretch bathing suit material, I would never wear it. The skirt that I ordered was a Chinese size M, not a US size M, despite their size guide telling me to order a M to fit a US size 6. I also ordered a necklace and some earrings, the necklace barely fits around my neck, it's been weeks now and the earrings haven't shown up. There was one tracking number for the first dress, however they sent each piece separately so I have no idea where the earrings are and if I'll ever receive them. I contacted them through their email on the site asking for the return address and they have not returned my email yet, and it's been several weeks.

Awful site. They have charged me multiple times for one dress. There is no number to contact to get this issue fixed so I am negative in my bank account.

As others said, the clothes you get are cheap made-in-China copies of what you see in the pictures. When I made enquiries to return them, given the poor quality and the fact the sizes are completely wrong, I received nothing but pre-written emails with no answers to my only request: the return address so I could get a refund.

I received items but quality is horrific. Cheap tent like material and nothing like on the website. I would definitely recommend avoiding.

The dress advertised was not the dress delivered. Material of product was advertised as a mix of flax and cotton. The tag on the dress was 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The cut and the sizing was all wrong. Have sent emails regarding return and have yet to receive a reply

I ordered goods and they arrived at different times and took ages to get here. The quality and sizing was shocking and I returned all of the items. This was one month ago and they still have not refunded my money and are just making excuses and not answering my questions to avoid giving me my money back. So they now have the goods and my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Nearly 1 mounth now since the money left my bank account. The dress is still not here. I have written 2 emails to yellowpeppers but no answer.

I ordered from this company and I contacthem them several times to advise I haven't received the item and had no response whatsoever!

I'm not even sure if it's a real company now.
