Originally ordered some Feiyue shoes on March 12th which were delivered with no issues. Unfortunately, they were too small, so sent them back for exchange on March 17th and have heard nothing since, despite emailing their only customer service address. It’s incredibly frustrating that there’s no contact phone number to reach them on and I’d think twice about using them in the future.

If I don’t receive a response to my query then I’ll do as another reviewer has and start a bank chargeback.

Update 07/04/26: The replacement shoes did eventually arrive but there was no communication at all around the status of the returns. If they could iron this problem out then it would help a lot as there are no issues with the goods or pricing.

Good company if you know your size. If you need to exchange for a different size don't expect to hear anything or to receive an exchange.
I'm still waiting for an exchange 2 weeks later with no update. Will update review if I receive exchange.
So we have now received the exchanged size with a note of apology 3 weeks later. The pumps are great. They appeared to have received it late due to a neighbour of theirs receiving it and not handing it over. I started a charge back with the bank as there had been no communication from them despite me sending 2 emails.
All in all I'm happy with the pumps and the price despite the unfortunate circumstances with the return. A lot of trouble could have been prevented with some simple emails and communication hence the 3 stars. Better communication would have still warranted 5 stars. Thanks.

I ordered my Feiyue shoes from yellowmountain.co.uk after reading up on sizing advice online. A lot of people recommend sizing up, but I followed Yellow Mountain's guidance and ordered my regular size — and they fit perfectly! The shoes arrived in good time and, as mentioned on their site, they came without the box but were well packaged. Really happy with the purchase and would definitely buy from them again.

I bought Feiyue Top Ones in white from this company. Genuine shoes that were half the price of other sellers. Came in within 6 days of purchase. Very Satisfied!
