UPDATE 2: They replied to the third support ticket stating that they would refund me in credits or give me 'free additional items'. I am convinced this is just a continuation of their scammy tactics. I still can't figure out how to cancel my account.

UPDATE: They have ignored my support tickets and have charged me a further time.

Art is good but the website is designed to trap customers. They hide the cancel option in the UX. I am 10 minutes in and two support tickets later I still have no idea how to cancel my account. Even there support makes it vague just stating that you can cancel your account but not detailing how.

I have very little time for BS like this. I'd advise finding another provider.

Banning user accounts without notification, without reason. then they hold all of your balance. Bad customer service, it takes a long time to get a response and it seems they have only one employee for this task

I give them 2 stars because their designs are good. But compared with the market, their price is much higher.

I do not recommend you use this site for a long time or join their promotion and then top-up a big amount. They just banned me and kept more than 250$ after I joined the Black Friday promotion. Bad day!

I decided to sacrifice a bit of my time to create a Trustpilot account and write a review about this company because of how disrespectful and unprofessional they are with their paid clients who spent hundreds of dollars for years.

To make it short, everything was quite OK until I ask them to fix a faulty mockup. At first, support provided me a cheap hack to fix the mockup by myself instead of providing a real and clean solution. Then I politely replied and asked to know more but they simply refused to keep on helping and shut down all communication. No answers to multiple live chat messages, no answers to email.

Absolutely unprofessional and cheap behavior. And whatever the bullsh*t they may type as an answer to this, it surely will be as fake as most of their 5 stars reviews here. There is by the way a warning message saying that Trustpilot admins removed a lot of fake reviews from Yellow Images page. Not suprising at all to me.

Simply put, if you are looking for a human, professional and stress-free experience, do not use Yellow Images.
