I ordered something in December and still one revived the item or a refund. I have had multiple email conversations with the company but still not been resolved, now the website has been took down and email closed. Let’s I hope I get my money back

Ordered a beauty fridge, never delivered. No response to emails. This is a scam site, they take your money and do not send the product

Ordered a mini fridge, received an email to say it had been dispatched. A few weeks went by and still heard nothing, they said there was a problem with the product so we’re working on sorting out. Offered me a refund which I wanted because I’d waited so long already. Now the email is unrecognised. Absolute scam.

Same as other people. Ordered a stepladder in Jan. Supposedly despatched 19nJan - never received. Do not reply to emails.

Reported to Trading Standards. Order placed January 5th 2021 and 2 months on we still haven't received the item nor a refund, nor an explanation. Emails no longer deliverable, no phone number to contact them. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered step ladder but never received it. Asked for refund but this never happened either. No replies to emails. Raised action with card provider. SCAM!

My daughter brought a mini fridge on the 8th of January and heard nothing then received a email saying there’s a fault on the stock. I then asked for a refund because she had waited longer enough for them to respond my request has been forwarded to the refund department and I have emailed several times and now when I try to send a email for some reason my email bounces back I can’t seem to send them a email at all. 2 months ago now and nothing. I hope they enjoy taking children’s money please don’t order from this company they are fake and you will not see your money again. I have reported to trading standards today so if this has happened to you please report as well.

I like everyone else have waited for my step ladder for 15 days and received nothing.. bad scam this is terrible, what’s are people doing about this?

My daughter saved and ordered a Fridge, first told that had problems with technical issues and would be sent out a few days later, fridge never received and now not answering to any emails. AVOID THESE THIEFS AT ALL COST. SCUM OF THE EARTH

Ordered a fridge didn’t receive it Tried emailing no reply it’s obviously a scam don’t buy off this website I’m going to try and get my money back from bank as doesn’t look like this company is bothered

Don't waste your money! They'll take the order and your money, you'll not receive the item and then they'll not reply to any emails. Avoid at all costs. I had to raise a dispute withe the credit card company to get my money back.

Same as everyone else on here. Ordered a beauty fridge on the 29th December. Still hadn't received by 20th Jan. Emailed customer services to be told an electrical fault which was a supply issue and would be refunded in 5 business days. Still waiting for a refund and getting no response from emails.
Thieves..... End of.
How they are allowed to still trade is scandalous.
Please avoid.

100% a scam. Ordered a mini fridge, never got anything and will not reply to emails. Will be reporting to Action Fraud.

Same experience as others on this site - i order step a step ladder, it has never arrived, and the company have not responded to my email after a week.
And the phone number given on the website does not exist.
Not bothering with the enquiry form on the website... I'm going to ask for the money back from my credit card provider.
