It was such an amazing event! Can’t wait for the next one :)

I recently attended a YANA wellness event which was hosted at the newly renovated Garden Room in the Biscuit Factory, may I just say this venue is wow!
The event was amazing from start to finish it ran smoothly and was well organised.
We enjoyed shopping around a range of local North East owned businesses, it was great to hear that so many great products are created here in our local region and I really enjoyed speaking to the local business owners.
From there, we relaxed with a 45 min breathe work session. I had never tried this, however, I have never felt so relaxed, nor understood what I could achieve with simple breathe exercises.
After that, we then indulged with prosecco and pizza! The team had thought about every detail and offered ample vegan and veggie options - really catering to guests rather than this feeling like there limited options and an after thought. There was also elderflower fizz as a none alcoholic drinks option.
The last activity for the evening was a Q&A session with the founder of another local business - West Barn. It was very insightful to hear from this lovely lady and I felt this was a genuine, real talk, covering the highs and lows of entrepreneurship.
On top of this amazing evening of events, the overall vibe was very welcoming and warm with a truly great bunch of people attending. I attended this event on my own, but left the event with 2 new friends I hope to stay in touch with and not to mention speaking with multiple people throughout the evening.
The founders, Charlotte and Sophie, are so lovely and do a great job to organise and champion these events, celebrate local business, and most importantly create a community of YANA warriors to connect likeminded people.
I cannot wait until the next event and would like to thank all involved for an amazing evening!

I absolutely adore Yana. The products, the people and the events. Sophie and Charlotte are fantastic business women and also ambassadors for female empowerment. Their products are all made in the UK with a majority in the north east which I love to see. The west so well and do not budge no matter the exercise. ❤️❤️

I recently attended the Yana Active Wellness Event, and it was an incredible experience!

Every aspect was thoughtfully curated from the yoga energy fitness class to the calming meditation sessions to promote overall well-being.

The instructors were not only knowledgeable but also extremely motivating, making it easy to push myself and enjoy every moment. The community atmosphere was warm and welcoming, creating a supportive environment of like-minded people. I went on my own, and it was lovely to chat to new people!

I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, from the healthy refreshments provided to the comfortable and clean facilities. The event truly catered to all aspects of wellness, I left feeling rejuvenated and inspired to continue my wellness journey.

Thank you, Yana Active, for a fantastic experience! I look forward to attending future events and highly recommend them to anyone seeking an enjoyable wellness event.

I had an amazing time at the YANA Active Wellness Workshop. We practiced FOREST yoga, enjoyed nutritious snacks, and listened to an insightful wellness talk about gut health, ending the day with a soothing sound bath. YANA created a welcoming environment for everyone to unwind and connect. Plus, I'm absolutely loving their clothing line—especially the jumper, which I can't stop wearing! 🤍🌞

Wellness Workshop
This was my introduction to the brand. The itinerary appealed to me and I attended the event alone. My expectations were surpassed, an amazing morning with like minded people. Serious value for money when you consider the cost of admission and what was included…..yoga session, soundbath, brunch, refreshments, expert well-being/nutrition speaker and a fab goodie bag and Yana baseball cap.
I got chatting to loads of friendly people despite not knowing anyone, some useful networking happened too!
I enjoyed learning about Yana Active and was happy to know I was supporting a local sustainable brand. The products really are gorgeous!
I left feeling so inspired and uplifted. If you are considering attending an event don’t hesitate, you will not regret investing in you!

I attended Yana’s Wellness Workshop at Fenwicks and OMG I wish it was on every Saturday! Such a wholesome event and great if you love all things fitness, wellness and supporting local businesses! 100% would recommend attending - I’ll definitely be at the next one!

I attended the Yana workshop at Fenwick and I couldn’t recommend more! There was yoga, deli treats, an insightful diet and nutrition talk, sweet treats, smoothies, goody bag and the most amazing sound bath i’ve ever done. The atmosphere was gorgeous and the whole Yana team are super lovely. Thank you for a perfect wellness morning 🌙

I bought a pair of Yana leggings at a wellness event in January, safe to say I'm in love with how comfortable they are and how well they fit, no sliding down your waist, great for gym and overall general day wear. I now own two pair! Thanks 😊 love that they are made in Britain!
