I have used XXSIM until this year and this had been fine and nice. Problems started this year in 2024. First, the website was difficult to access.
I however reloaded 20 euros on my card and the 20 € were withdrawn from my bank account without any efffect on by XXSIM balance. I was unable to use this reload during these summer vacations.
I have contacted them many times by email with no response and by calling support at +3726868000 I ended up with another company (travelsim!).
They were nice and said that they would pass on the message to xxsim. It did not have any effect except a support web link procedure leading nowhere since end of July they told me that xxsim was unresponsive. I had repeated contacts with them.

The conclusion? avoid XXSIM and probably TRAVELSIM as well, why would they share a support number if there is no proper support?
Just avoid these sites!

Ho acquistato 2 xxsim dopo aver avuto una buona esperienza in precedenza… purtroppo questa volta, pur essendo scritto sul sito che le schede sarebbero arrivate al massimo in 7 giorni lavorativi, sono passati più di 15 giorni e ancora non arriva nulla. Il pagamento è stato effettuato subito, ho contattato telefonicamente, mi hanno detto di scrivere una mail. Ho inviato la mail ma non ho avuto risposta. Devo partire a breve e rischio di non avere delle schede che ritenevo necessarie altrimenti non le avrei ordinate e già pagate senza trarne alcun vantaggio. Ho acquistato anche 2 telefoni per inserire queste seconde schede. Ho pochissimi giorni di tempo prima di aver speso questi soldi in maniera completamente inutile e senza aver ricevuto nessuna risposta. Spero arrivino altrimenti avrei sicuramente risparmiato (considerando la spesa delle schede più i telefoni) utilizzando il mio operatore. Questa volta purtroppo, soprattutto per le loro mancate risposte e informazioni errate sul sito, sono veramente delusa. Spero di potermi ricredere.

Bad company, no service.

Charging even when call wasn't connected.
Not answering any emails... None at all.
Also forcing you to call customer service hotline and charge you for it.

Can't receive calls at all!!!
Services not working.
Rates are way too expensive for a number that is not working at all.

No communication possible. Not with mobile not with customer service.

Sim per l'estero, ormai utile solo per i paesi extraeuropei con prezzi vantaggiosi per chiamare in Italia. Non l'ho mai provata per navigare su internet ma solo per chiamare. Sito chiaro e i prezzi al minuto per conversazione sono indicati. Ricordo che la SIM arriva dalla Svizzera in pochissimi giorni ed è facile da configurare. Unica pecca: dall'Italia non possono chiamarti su quel numero ma si possono solo effettuare chiamate.

Excellent SIM. Great service. Been using it for years. Never had any issues with the signal anywhere I travel.

XXSIM is a worry-free solution for business trips. I was at ease for the duration of my vacation knowing that I wouldn't miss any important calls. Great support. Highly recommended.

Way too many issue. Very tough to have an accurate network when moving. Tried to keep up... 3 years, great marketing, awful service. Forget it.

XXSIM is a reliable roaming SIM card that offers many great features. I purchased an XXSIM Card earlier this year for a business trip with no expectations. The free call forwarding feature saved me from missing an important call!
