Generally a good selection of films and series. But even after a supposed upgrade new episodes for current series are either missing, won’t play properly or at all or the wrong things plays. I’ve had all of these problems in at least half of the episodes I’ve tried to watch.

Great service, excellent value for money and very reliable. On the rare occasion that there's been a technical issue, their customer support is extremely quick to respond and has sorted out the issue immediately. Really highly recommended.

it's not working, after a week of sending emails and WhatsApp messages, they told me to use VPN
But also did not work, and they refused to give me a refund

Day 1 after signing up for the service and its not working, contacted them and they fixed it. I am now half way through a film and its been buffering for the last 30 mins and now the service has stopped again. Day 1 and i have spent more time with problems than viewing. Going to look for someone else.

Any issue they deal with straight away. Feel like a valued customer.

Use to be reliable, but it seems the servers struggle during major events. I recently purchased a subscription right before the Eubank fight, only to find the servers were down the entire time as soon as I logged in. Despite being on live chat during the payment process, I wasn’t informed of the issue in advance and was simply advised to "be patient."
