Well made and comfortable
Well made: really good fitting, comfortable to wear and easy to put on and get off - no struggles at all, happy to say. Although expensive compared to rival products I was attracted to consider purchase by Xtratuf's obvious care for the comfort of their customers feet. The dicount offered to new customers msde the deal !
Would have awarded 5 stars if cushioned insoles had been provided as standard. Still very pleased I bought them - yhe deck boots.

Consistently receiving incorrect size
Second time ordering a size 10, received size 11. No response to queries sent to customer service. Would love to exchange but at this point it’s hard to have faith that they can send the size you order…

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. We are working to get UK sizing added to the XTRATUF® packaging which is currently showing in US sizing. If you’re concerned about the size you have received, the UK size is printed inside the footwear.
Absolutely fantastic
Delivery arrived very soon after the order was processed. I’ve always struggled to find a waterproof shoe I can fully rely on until now. Absolutely fantastic, and well worth the money.

Best boots ever…
These are the best boots I’ve ever bought. Seriously comfortable and practical. I now wear these more than any other shoe! They are perfect if you are looking for practical, hard wearing and supportive deck wellies. I have two pairs now and will probably get a third. So nice to have colour choices that are actually cool too. An extra bonus is that you can take them off and put them on hands free which is invaluable.

Important to have a good fitting boot which you have to wear for long hours and keep your feet warm and dry
