Frustratingly Extremely Late Refund Response
AI-powered platform, yet too slow. I submitted a refund request about four weeks before the event, even though they state refunds are usually processed in about 10 days. I only received a response with rejection on the day of the event, that left me with no way to resell the ticket. There are also no office locations listed on Google Maps, which makes the company feel very non-transparent.
