I use thisfts while often, but the system shifts while doing exercises. System headset doesn;t stay in place.

I am so sorry it sounds like you had some trouble making the headset fit correctly- did you turn the silver dial on the headset to adjust it to fit snuggly? The headset weighs only less than 1 pound, so we always coach people to tighten the dial for a snug fit to stay in place! Do you still have the headset and could you give it a try? This PT was one of the most unique & creative therapy
sessions , I have experienced. It was bit challenging but productive and Brain Stimulating . My Therapist Michael Clemente was one of the best, he was very helpful and patience and above all very encouraging . I wouldn't mind trying again.My only recommendation is to improve the software as there were few glitches.

Thus far I am totallly impressed with XRHealth from a technology standpoint but even more importantly, I'm completely impressed with my therapist Michael Rose. Michael is the best Psychologists that I have ever spoken to! He really cares about his patients and I've seen my share of Psychologists in my time. I sincerely believe that over time Michael, along with the amazing XRHealth Virtual Technology Headset help me to become the best that I can be from a Psychological perspestive. XR Health is amazing!
XR Health is amazing!! Dr. Ashley Robinson is amazing to work with as are all the staff!! The ability to do PT in home via zoom & using the Virtual Reality (VR) headsets make working out fun and easy to keep up with on a daily basis. They set you up for success, the rest is in your hands! I absolutely love that they offer a monthly plan to keep going once your discharged as for most of us who need PT, continuing that exercise program and more is how to stay as healthy as we can. Thank you XR Health!!

I am so glad I found this on Facebook! I have a lot of medical issues and exercising is very difficult but XR Health got me up and moving. I worked in the medical field for over 30 yrs. Including PT and this is awesome in so many ways, I see how this could help so many people of all ages for so many different Health issues. My PT via telehealth
My PT experience was during the early days of theCovid pandemic and seeing anyone, even on a screen was wonderful! My assigned PT was knowledgeable about my condition and able to apply exercises to real life. The VR was fun and also right on target for my challenges.

I enjoy the meditation and sleep videos. The other stuff is awful. I think you could be a a little better on the pain management. I would like some videos specifically meant to help with complex regional pain syndrome.

The games were excellent and engaging for my 77 year old mother! She was doing exercises almost daily. But the best part was her physical therapist - Michael. What a wonderful guy who made PT over zoom fun.

Before I was introduced to XR Health I…
Before I was introduced to XR Health I Was not able to even bend over let alone touch my toes. I had horrible problems sitting. I have permanent nerve damage In both of my legs starting at my tailbone and going down the back. That’s why sitting was so hard because it started right at my tailbone.
I had been to physical therapy before in person and always ended up feeling worse. I had pretty much given up until my pain management doctor signed me up for XR health. I am so blessed he did this for me. My therapist Philip was so patient, informative, encouraging always telling me that I could do these things that he wanted me to do and he would even do them with me. He never pushed me beyond what I thought I could do or what my body could do. He was very patient. The VR headset part of the therapy Was awesome! After you get over a little bit of nausea! Lol the experience is wonderful lots of great exercises tailored just for you by your therapist. I cannot say enough good things. A year later I am doing stand up aerobic exercise routines every day. I love it and feel so much better. My legs still have their days were they are not happy, but my life is 100% better than it was before I started therapy with XR Health!!!
I think that it is great!! I could go on and on but I think you get the point it is a very very good experience I recommend it to anybody.

The physical therapist was terrific
The physical therapist was terrific. The exercises he taught me are very helpful. I am not sure how the VR component helped with my Parkinson’s symptoms.

I am so glad you did well with the treatment plan. The VR has a few components that actually help with neurological symptoms, including Parkinson's....First, the VR is an immersive way to engage within therapy, creating intrinsic motivation and actually impacting the neurotransmitters- increasing release of dopamine. Second, VR integrates motor skills and cognitive skills to effectively rewire and form new pathways in the brain (neuroplasticity). Third, the data collected in each session is possible through the VR analytics and is important in giving you biofeedback on your ongoing progress. It is nice to have these objective measures of your ROM, reaction time, smoothness of movements, speed of movements, and cognition, to share with your doctors a well! Hopefully this clarifies a bit about why we actually use the VR component to maximize function and optimize quality of life! Best to you! My experience with XRHEALTH was great ! I wasn’t expecting it to even be something I would enjoy or find useful but boy was I wrong! I am much improved physically but more than that I am motivated to continue to exercise as I am able and set goals for myself that are reasonable. My therapist, Morgan was amazing and got me they a very hard time . XRHealth is a great program in my opinion!

I cannot possibly say enough good things about this program and the exceptional care I received from my O.T, Vaishali Patel. Professional, encouraging, supportive, kind and genuine are just a few of her qualities. In the relatively short time I was a patient,this program did more to address my anxiety issues than years of conventional therapy ever did

Simple and Effective
It was so easy to get started and so easy to stay motivated because it's right here at home. I don't have to leave the house for appointments so I'm in a calm and relaxing environment physically and virtually.

Doctors say nothing they can do but xrhealth works
I fell and injured my elbow 4 years ago I was I have no cartilage and I have severe arthritis bone loss muscle loss there are days it feels like my arm is on fire the doctor says there's nothing that they can do for me that I have to wait till I'm 60 to get a new elbow replacement sense I started xrhealth I have noticed the gaining muscle my grip has gotten better and I have noticed the burning sensation is less frequent thank you xrhealth
