DO NOT BUY! WAY over priced for something that does not work
Both palletts I bought are one of the worst palletts Iv ever had. Its like using $2 shop eye shadow. My 2yr olds $2 makeup is better. The pigmentation is not there and I have wasted my money on 2 expensive pallletts I thought I would love. like my CWK NIX colour pallett. Because it was branded by someone who I highly recommend as a makeup guru. Very unsatisfied and extremely dissapointing work. Id actually give you no stars if I could. My eye shadow and blush did not even last 4hrs. You need to change your price point and false advertising. And also offer refunds because no one deserves to get ripped off.

I was just browsing over some of the reviews and noticed you had a bad experience with two of our palettes. I wanted to reach out and see if we could provide a satisfactory solution.
We have sold many palettes over the years and have generally have had very positive feedback around the formula, pigmentation and wear of our products. Sorry to hear that this has not been the case for you.
I would be happy to look at providing a refund if you can send the products back to us? I would just need to get the products back first so we can assess the products quality? My Favourite Brushes So Far
This is the second brush set I have purchased from XO Beauty. The quality is amazing and lasts overtime, which is fantastic. I bought the pretty pink brushes and they are beautiful, with the same great quality as the previous purchase. Highly recommend!

Excellent quality, delivered quickly to Qld AU
Prompt postage, accurate items (there were a few) and secure delivery (soft-wrapped, no box) given it was at the peak of sale and I am in Qld (the shop is in NZ). Quality products. Highly recommended.

Amazing quality and safe shipping

Disappointing, crap customer service
Disappointing customer service. They have LOTS of products ‘sold out’ for ages. When you email customer service and ask when they will be back in stock they fob you off (when they EVENTUALLY reply) with BS instead of just being honest and saying THEY ARE DISCONTINUED…they are the absolute worst.

Quick and efficient service!
Apart from really loving the quality of the makeup brushes the delivery was excellent! I ordered one random evening in the week and the next day I received it and another time on a public holiday weekend i ordered some more and within a couple of days I received the parcel! Super efficient!

Amazing deal
Amazing deal! Such an epic sale! Products were shipped super fast. Packaging is sooooo cute. I love everything I have used so far. Heatless curl tools, tubing mascara, the product for brows and flyaways! All super great products!
