My business website needed to be updated. I reached out to Xinonic digital I had such a great experience working with kevin, Elsa, Henry and the team on redesigning my website! They took the time to thoroughly check everything on my old site and explained that there were several errors that made a complete new website the best option. The price was very reasonable, and they also gave me great ideas and suggestions on what I could change to make the website even better.

After I received the first demo, I noticed a few changes I wanted to make. Elsa and her team were easily accessible, listened to my concerns, and quickly made the adjustments I requested. They made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.

I honestly thought the project would take longer than a week, but they completed everything in less than a week, just in time for my event! I’m so grateful for their hard work, professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. I highly recommend Elsa and her team to anyone looking for a website designer who truly listens and cares about getting things right!

I would not recommend Xinonic Digital based on my experience. I hired them in January for website edits. After initial communication and assurances about the process, the project did not move forward as expected. Once I paid upfront, I was passed to another team member, and the work was not completed within the stated timeframe. Despite following up, progress remained unclear and inconsistent.
I decided to cancel the service in mid-February and requested a refund. I was told it would be processed and later informed it had been “released” on March 5th. However, I have still not received the refund, despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks.
Communication has been inconsistent, and attempts to get updates—including reaching their finance team—have not been successful.
Overall, this has been a frustrating and time-consuming experience. I would advise others to proceed with caution.

This has been such a pleasant experience for me. From start to finish I was satisfied. Each step of the way, they sent demo to find out if I was satisfied. If there was a slight change, they worked on it immediately. In the end I am well pleased with my website. Marcus and Alan and your team, thanks for going above and beyond to put a smile on my face. You guys offered suggestions that I overlooked. I love the work so much, I have already recommended my daughter. - Valerie D.
