This is a total scam… thankyou only gave £200 but have had the same experience as the other reviewers. Being messaged on whatsapp by a very rude and unprofessional man who told me to be mature when i asked for my money back… the adverts are clearly AI so you believe professional and trustworthy people are endorsing the company. It’s a complete scam and they will try and take money from you. I am sure that they will respond to this saying that I am not a customer as they have done to other people. I can guarantee I am a customer and that the money has been taken from my bank account already. Please do not fall for these scammers.

Has anyone been able to withdraw any monies made on this platform?

It's a scam. Don't deposit anything as you will lose it. Too good to be true! They call you 10 times a day and then say you're not a customer when you leave a honest review like this. Scammers Avoid X5pro at all cost.

Absolute scam. If you want to try and withdraw funds, they tempt you into a small withdrawal at the beginning, so you trust them. Then when I wanted to close my account and withdraw remaining funds, they kept saying they needed to speak to me, which I give receive a call from my account manager, who literally argued with me and my reasons to close! I complained to Customer Services, who said they would issue the refund in 3 to 5 working days, as per their Terms and Conditions. It’s not now 7 working days and still getting a load of excuses. And the account manager is whatsapping me with an appalling manner.

Don't trade this company it's scam

Professional Scammers. I saw an add to earn money on FB and called thinking I’d be contacting UK Government Finance (as advertised). X5Pro contacted me back and wanted to set up an investment acct. I asked about the (false) claim their FB add referred to (ie., Gov’t supported scheme with high guaranteed earnings). They said they never heard of it. Warning No 1.
I reluctantly allowed them to charge me $1500 on my Visa card to open acct and set up purchase of a couple stocks. I then read the reviews and got worried. So I asked for them to show me how to withdraw my funds. The broker (in Switzerland: Warning No 2) showed me how to withdraw $50 of Crypto, converted to $, then wired to my Revolut acct. Warning No 3. It worked, so it made me feel a bit more comfortable and the broker was ‘extremely’ helpful, like drawing me in.

He asked that I make another 5-10k investment as the market was just right. I was reluctant but agreed to deposit £5000 via direct wire. That night my bank sent me a potential Fraud warning and locked my acct I called the bank fraud dept and they walked me through my experience and their knowledge of such scams. They advised me to not approve the wire and get out, as this x5Pro and their operation was surely a fraud company working in Switzerland.
I managed to withdraw $1000 of my $1500 acct, but x5Pro will not return my calls or messages about selling/withdrawing my $500 worth of shares initially purchased (Warning No 4).

During the daily calls I had from my broker, he asked inappropriate questions like “how much is your mortgage”, and “can you send me a screenshot of your bank acct transactions the past 3 days”, which I refused (Warning No 5).

Bottom Line: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH x5Pro under any circumstances.. they look and sound professional but they are Prifesdionak scammers for sure!

They called me more than 10x a day with different numbers. They are profesional and organised scammers and only get people details using web scrapping. Please be careful folks.

Beware of X5Pro – My Personal Experience

This company operates a highly suspicious one-way communication system. No Demo account for new Traders, They manipulate the margin level and make themselves virtually untraceable. Despite my efforts to find their official address or any records of them as legitimate traders in Switzerland, I found nothing. No genuine company operates without a proper landline—this is undoubtedly a scam!

Here’s my experience:

I registered to trade after seeing a Facebook advertisement featuring the UK Prime Minister promoting trading. Although the advert didn’t specifically mention X5Pro, I signed up and paid the initial £250 as requested. Shortly afterward, I received a call and was assigned to a “success manager” supposedly based in Switzerland.

This individual called me daily, sounding very professional and compassionate. At first, it appeared I was making some profit. He then suggested that I invest more money, claiming he would double whatever I deposited. Trusting him, I ignorantly invested over £1,000, converted into dollars. He came across as highly knowledgeable in the field, but little did I know he was simply trained to deceive.

At one point, he directed me to a website and used a calculator to demonstrate how I could earn 7.6% monthly interest if I invested a minimum of $10,000. He even sent me a document with the name Monetio.io. When I explained that I didn’t have such funds, he tried to persuade me to take out a loan. Thankfully, I refused after researching the numerous complaints about their withdrawal issues.

The outcome?

All my money was gone.
I never received any account reports, unlike with legitimate brokers.
I couldn’t make a single withdrawal.
Although they claimed to be based in Switzerland, their 24/7 support line was a UK mobile number that never connected.
Their communication is completely one-sided. They call you from different mobile numbers, but you can never reach them. Even if they provide a WhatsApp number, it’s always a UK number and not reliable.

Final Thoughts
Avoid X5Pro at all costs! Don’t fall for their tricks like I did. Protect yourself and your hard-earned money.

Stay away from them......they will call everyday and try to convince you to deposit more money. You can't withdraw any money from them....

I started with x5pro recently with little experience of CFDs. My account manager Bill has been fantastic and provided some documentation along with great advise for trading. He has helped me place some sound trades and explained reasoning too but always went on my decision to place it without force.

I do feel with Bill's help I can do well and trade more confidently soon. There are no fast easy promises with x5pro, it was clearly stated effort must be made and this will lead to great gains. I am hoping to well on my trading as I gain more experience.

The platform is also easy to use and has a nice interface.
