Horrible customer service. Slowest shipping 4 + weeks. And it’s a fight to get a refund on something that has not shown up which, as of today’s date it has been verified by my 4 roommates who still live at the house with the package has not come yet it says undeliverable by the shipper

Bonjour. Peut-être que le tee-shirt est de bonne qualité on va voir ça à l'usage vu que je viens de les recevoir mais après le lavage du premier a basse température la silhouette sur le tee-shirt est déjà toute craquelé ! Je commande plus sur ce site !

Obviously I can't give less than 1 star. I ordered goods on 20th Novemer and by 23rd December there was no show, so I have asked for a refund as it has missed my parttners birthday altogether.
It seems that WYNR expect me to be charitable in giving them money for nothing. Here is their response to my refund request.

Edit after Wynrs response, it seems I'm the charity and they duck their legal responsibilities to deliver goods that have been paid for. I mean WYNR its a proper oxymoron. Tricky to return something that I have not received after 33 days.

I placed an order on 19th Nov..it still hasn't arrived...Had emails saying its on its way but still nothing! Had an email also saying it has been delivered but it hasn't...Beginning to think it's a Scam

So happy with my t-shirts, great quality and fast delivery. I will be ordering again!

Levering duurt heel erg lang waardoor ik absoluut niet te vreden ben. Veel gemaild, enige antwoord wat ik telkens krijg is dat het onderweg is en dat (snel) wordt geleverd.

Waardeloos!!

Update: geleverd na weken te hebben gewacht. Kwaliteit is niet goed, kortom een tegenvaller. Mijn advies is dan ook om bij 1608 of icon te bestellen!

Ordered a couple of t-shirts and was impressed by the quality. Since I ordered 3 t-shirts I got free express shipping and I had it delivered within a week to the Netherleands. Great company and quality.

The moment i ordered, there is a lot great choices to pick, from that to order payment went really quick and easy!
In the emails you get tracking number
So you can follow everything, because it was coming out of Asia, it took a couple weeks, but today i got my package, and everything went very good, everything was tracked, so you could where the package was.
The Shirts are absolute good quality, and good sizes.
Customer service was responding quick.
