These shoes are fake, and cheap fakes! The soles came out after wearing one time. Do not purchase!

It seemed like I was ordering from OC- On Cloud till I checked out. I then messaged support to cancel the order before it processed but no response- took a long time to get the shoes and the were a 9W not a 9. Their response for a return had me take pictures of everything for their evaluation and now said no- they are women's size 9.
Other reviews are pretty bad! Avoid at all costs!!

absolute pathetic , the owner needs to be visited by the authorities for stealing money on goods he can not provide, i waited 3 months for an order, finally arrived and they shipped me a size 12 not an 11 which i ordered, i will contact my bank to refuse the charges as this company needs to be flagged by shopify.,

This appears to be a complete scam. I ordered a product with shipping protection for 167.00 in January. I have communicated with them several times via email. The answers have been "check with your neighbors" "it has been shipped" to "we are having a problem with our shipping partner" to " it has been re-shipped and you should received it within 3-5 business days. In the meantime SHOP still lists it as awaiting shipping information. It has now been 3 1/2 months with no resolution. It has to be a scam or very poorly run. Do not but from this website!

Scammer! Bought OnClouds Tilt. They had a horrible plastic odor. After some research I was sure these were fake. Emailed them - they offered 50% refund to keep the fake smelly sneakers. Never heard back. I contacted my credit card company and they credit me and settled the dispute with the company. Always use a credit card - it’s easier to dispute purchases!

I wanted to return a pair of shoes because I did not like the over all fit. After several emails and repeat photos that they requested they offered 50 % for the unworn shoes.
It also took longer than they said to receive the shoes and they were slow yo respond to emails.

Wrong size sent asked to return them, oh my gosh, no return information went to post office she couldn’t send it, I needed a code, address doesn’t appear genuine still waiting to fir a email reply STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is a scam! I buy a lot of On Cloud sneakers and this pair didn’t fit right. When I asked to return they wanted me to send pictures of the shoes and the box which is so bizarre. After reading all these reviews, I have a feeling they won’t authorize a return so I’ll be calling Amex to reverse the charges. I don’t actually think the shoes are legit.
