I GOOGLED THEM AND I HAD AN APPT THE SAME DAY

It was quick and easy to find a doctor that was available for the date that I needed. It was clear when the doctors were available and very simple to make an appointment through the website. The doctor's office was quick to email me to confirm the appointment and send out paperwork to be filled out.

I do wish there were doctors closer to my area as most of the doctors were 20-30 minute drive.

what I love about Zocdoc is how convenient and easy is to find a provider. Zocdoc provides information about the doctor, availability and and rating.

Clinicians running small practices - beware of this company! They charge providers ridiculous amounts of money to be listed on their platform so the only people on Zocdoc aren’t necessarily good providers - but people who can afford to pay to be on their platform. I’m seeing a lot of zocdoc commercials on tv lately and it’s a bummer because my experience with them as a provider was so disappointing and felt so exploitative. If you run a small healthcare practice DO NOT use this company. They will charge you even when clients no-show or cancel without any flexibility or compromise - I believe their rate is around $70 per “referral.” As a provider I have found this company to be very unsupportive and inflexible.

Zocdoc covers for unscrupulous providers, and they abound. I’ve had several providers with advanced credentials and many availabilities call me and before I can say anything, they say there are no such providers available. They offer providers with lesser credentials instead. Zocdoc responded to my ensuing complaint with flowery, sympathetic messages, saying 1).They would investigate (but never tell me the outcome or related consequences); and 2) They would connect me with a list of providers, if I gave some info. THE PROBLEM WAS, THOSE MESSAGES RAN IN LOOPS THAT DID NOT END. In other words, they were talking ZERO ACTION—and had no plans to. I think the strategy is to tire you out, or infuriate you to the point of saying something out of bounds (which I’d never do), so they could rule out service. It’s unethical. And I’m guessing, it’s illegal.

Got an appt right away and received excellent care!

I found a provider (eye doctor) i liked, her office and equipment are new. ZocDoc did find matches for my insurance. Staff friendly, knew what they were doing, service was prompt

The doctor and the staff were kind, informative, and explained everything in detail. They worked together as a Team seamlessly. I especially loved their music choice--there was Michael Jackson, Luther Vandross, and more playing in the lobby. I was relaxed and calm where I was anxious earlier. They took care of me, and I will be back! YES to this place.

The young lady who drew my blood and took my temperature was incredibly sweet. She was kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
