Spent 30 minutes giving my information over the phone for a home/auto quote. Asked to track down all my families driver's license numbers. Emailed and called to tell them to call me so I could give them the numbers, and then crickets. It's been a week and no response after multiple attempts on my end. Will look for another broker.

Kind and professional representatives and quick no-games service.

Zander Insurance has been great to work with. They helped me save quite a bit with auto home and umbrella. Everyone I have had conversation with was professional and easy to work with.

Terrible advertising practices. Daily spam calls and emails after I decided not to buy their products. Blocking phone numbers does not work as they call from different phone numbers. Unsubscribing from their email doesn’t do anything, they still flood your inbox. If I don’t get a response from Zander and a confirmation that they took me out of their database, I will continue to write negative reviews on other platforms.

You people are absolutely horrendous. You sold me insurance that doesn’t even conform with my states laws. Then it takes you TWO MONTHS to put in the cancellation so that I can get my the refund back in my escrow account. The agent who screwed it all up has completely ghosted me, even though you still have all of my vehicle insurances. Bogus company.

This is one of the most aggravating companies to ever deal with. I decided to go with another insurance company but I still get multiple calls from them almost daily from different numbers so blocking them doesn't help. Thinking I need to contact the BBB and report them

If you want your identity and your financially accounts protected and most of all a piece of mind, then you have come to the right place these people are the best in the industry and you won't find better anywhere, i been with them for many years and I wouldn't leave if you pay me too!! They really are good!!

I called, spent over an hour nailing down the specifics, and requested a quote to streamline our insurance needs. We currently have various insurances all over the place with a variety of companies.
Did get the quote. Called once a week requesting an update or quote. After a month, I moved on.

First policy several years ago was very easy and great. Now it is calls, texts, emails that all conflict with each other. Missed appointments by them. Not sure what happened but after 5 months of trying we need to look elsewhere.

Re: Zander Insurance - I wanted to give a big ‘Shout-Out’ for Paxton and Zander Insurance Company as far as their excellent Customer Service and being very patient and willing etc to answer questions no matter how many kept coming their way…. even after closing time…. They definitely do a GREAT job and I liked their handling so much… I think if Paxton (who was helping me) were to give me good enough pricing …. I might start Campaigning for her as the next Georgia ‘Insurance Commissioner!!! Ha !

I am very careful about writing negative reviews, as I realize running a business is challenging. However, I feel this needs to be reported.

I inquired to just get an estimate on what the cost of life insurance from Zander would be. I thought I was filling out a questionnaire. However, I guess I started an application (which was not my intent). Since then I have been harassed continually to complete the application by phone calls, text messages, and even a mailed letter. I have told them repeatedly I am no longer interested, please take me off your list. Does not work.

There is another life insurance company associated with zander (Banner) that is also calling me relentlessly. I am an educated grown up who can make make my own decisions. However, this is not the way I have been treated. This feels like high pressure sales. Be prepared to be harassed if you reach out to them.

They will NOT leave me alone. I submitted an app a while ago and have requested over 3 times to never be contacted by them again and I at least get 2-3 calls per week. I even escalated to a manager, recorded the call, and asked one final time to be removed from any solicitation, AND my phone number is on a DNC list. Since then I have been called 2 more times.

We were scammed for $1000, and when the claim was processed through Assurance (the company Zander uses to process claims), it was denied due to it being a scam and not fraud. We have been members and paying premiums for almost 10 years, and when something finally occurs that we need assistance with (our one and only claim), we are denied. RIDICULOUS!!! THEY ARE A SCAM AS WELL!!!! BEWARE!!!

Helped me get term life insurance and ID theft protection. Followed up throughout the process and made sure I was up to date on everything as it was happening. They are a great help for a sometimes confusing necessity that is term life insurance.

Also the ID theft protection is great as well, with a helpful monthly update email from them letting me know if anything has happened with my ID online.

I was excited to see various quotes and ended up with a great no medical exam option.
