Who on earth is running this company?!!!!

My husband ordered a hoodie for our daughter that was supposedly delivered March 6th. They took a picture of the open mailbox with a package in it. No said package was found in the mailbox and that is within 20 minutes of checking. My husband contacted the seller and let them know that it was never actually delivered to us and he apologized and said he would resend it. Today, we got an alert that the package was delivered. Guess what? No package.

Items sold thru Walmart but cannot be returned to Walmart. Items are priced low and the quality is appropriate to that price. Shipping is longer than almost any regional distributor. So if you order be prep;ared to like it because its yours forever.

My package has been with the driver for 4 days...

My package has been with the driver since 3/21 with no updated tracking information. We are experiencing unprecedented hot temperatures for this time of year, so I'm sure my products are ruined. The person who runs the store where my post office box is told me that some companies are using low budget couriers like Yanwen unfortunately.

Yanwen suport fake tracking

Yanwen suport fake tracking, that is the bigges issue with that company. Their website updates a package movement that is not real. Often the last tracking is package leaving the country to destination country.
I had much problem with Yanwen. 4 of 5 medium size packages each value 40 USD has been "lost in shipping" and never arrived to my country (Norway).
Never a problem with 25 years of packages from China and other places with other carriers.

Pakje achter gelaten op de stoep van iemand anders

Courier heeft zomaar ons pakje bij de voordeur van een persoon verder op in onze straat zonder dit goed te melden op de mail. Het adres waar het pakje zogezegd geleverd was in Den Haag, onbekende straat en nr. Wij wonen in Zoetermeer. Gelukkig nam onze buurman de moeite om bij ons aan te bellen. Voor hetzelfde geld had iemand anders het mee genomen op straat. Dit is niet de eerst keer dat het fout ging met JANWEN.

DISGUSTING

If I could give 0 I would, I can’t exaggerate enough to NOT order from here. Claims there’s been delivery attempts on the tracking however CCTV on the address CLEARLY shows nobody even came near the property never mind trying to deliver anything.
Took the package back to their depot and not heard anything. Absoloute scam if you fancy throwing your money straight in the bin then go for it however I won’t be going near this place again.

I’ve been waiting tour the package for…

I’ve been waiting for the package for almost 1-1/2 months. Said it was delivered to the front door. Checked with all my neighbors who said they don’t have this package! What!!!! Where did it go??? I’ll make sure next that nothing is bought from yanwen!

Awful company with no support

Awful company with no support or anyone real to talk to.

They failed to deliver the first time and after I contacted them multiple times through their website chat & email about how to deliver, they never attempted to call or resolve the issue and sent the package back to China.

I've had other shipment companies text or call if they had trouble but they made no attempt.

Worst company ever

The tracking was horrible. Whenever I refreshed the page it would say my tracking number didn't exist. Was out for delivery for 5 days and then it said it was delivered 2 days before. I contacted them and they delivered it to a completely different building. They didn't put it in my mailbox or at the office. They left it on a random ledge somewhere. Told me to contact police. The police aren't going to come out for a 10 dollar package. I assume they just stole it from me.
Oh, by the way I had ordered the package on 26th of December and only today on the 26th of January did they deny helping me get my package. Lead me on for a month. Very unprofessional.

If you're going to deliver packages do it right or don't do it at all.

What went wrong with this delivery company by YWE. Using a specialized lower cost last minute carrier rather than the typical hand over to the UPS FedEx or USPS Postal they use third party last mile delivery sometimes you smaller third party carriers such as hailify,ACI logistics, gofo for certain shipments particularly those order like pop mark Amazon Walmart third party sellers when they use third party (YWE ) hips major carriers that often pass their packages to last Mile holidays services that do not use standard USPS tracking within us tracking standard system or could be because they're cutting costs because they don't want to pay the extra shipping fees when they use the standard delivery services so they pass it off to lower third party people this is where the delivery issues come from same package was delivered provide no proof packages are left unattended unsecured left at random location on the supremacist or on the properties not following through securing packages and apparently that's what they stand by by their guidelines because I had an issue with this third party delivery companies companies where the driver's just don't give a damn about your package they just come up to the properties do not follow the instructions if it's supposed to go on an actual doorstep you would think it would go to the Apple doorstep of that actual residence rather than at let's say my case they left my package in front of the office even though clearly shows this is the business this is the office they don't accept the packages they went there on a close Sunday and they thought I'd be appropriate to leave a package there unattended where event it was stolen by I don't know who they did it again I ordered a package from Amazon they went to our secure lockers but didn't put the package in the locker and left it on the floor where it was later on picked up by somebody else this is the second time from this company and many months apart where I order something from two different websites Amazon and Walmart and both packages were left unsecured unattended not at the proper location and both my packages were stolen the third party delivery companies terrible and then you reach out to your ywn shipping Express make a complaint for them to crack down on their drivers to manage supervise their delivery drivers to fall the instructions to secure the packages at first they act like they cared they apologize they're going to admit it that they are some errors acknowledge the fault by the end of the week they walk them back and said this is their protocol protocol you mean to tell me it's okay to leave a package in front of a closed business unsecured unpackage it's okay for them to miss word sayings like left at front door or at front door when a reality is not if those drivers can't tell the difference between the leasing office which clearly says where I live at the properties it clearly says leasing office the apartments name versus my actual residency door with an apartment number if they can't tell the difference this should be delivery one too if they're going to use the lockers that some properties have Amazon lockers or parcel lockers the purpose of having those features is secure the package so that you can be notified but when they get delivered by third party vendors they don't notify you you get no real time tracking they drop off the package and you get no idea when the package was delivered they notify the websites that the item came from such as Amazon or Walmart or eBay but they don't notify you they don't have that mean to do so rather than using legitimate us tracking services like FedEx UPS USPS Postal those ones they notify you throughout the day if any issues in delay why not pay the cost or put the cost in the customer so that you get that assurance real time tracking rather than cutting corners and having these drivers not securing your packages still in the packages leaving them at unsecurable patient Miss wording where they are to do this on purpose and this is how they run their companies shame shame shame and I sat there and tell me the other day when I complained to them they sat there said according to our guidelines the delivery people did everything right are you kidding me when your package is stolen that is their principal . They are the worst delivery services company ever. And their third party delivery people that deliver your packages hailify, AcI logistics, gofo terrible just terrible they don't secure your package they don't do it right from Miss wording where the pack are, provide a photo attached to the tracking site the photo doesn't match where you actually live. They don't even bother deliver the packages successfully do it right but then they write it off as successful delivery even though you never will receive your package. Terrible!

someone was home so why the failed delivery....

If I could give Zero stars I would.
I have a parcel which was supposed to be deliver Friday but didnt, and Amazon has advise there was a delay. Ok fine it would work out better as someone was home yesterday but no delivery... when I checked the Amazon App, it said that my Delivery was being returned to sender. I was like what... :-( so I checked the courier website and low and behold, it said it attempted delivery but failed due no safe place to leave... WTF???? someone was home... so they were able to delivery it fine. not sure about these couriers these days. poor customer and delivery service. we will see if they will reply to my email about this.

Delivered to the wrong address and…

Delivered to the wrong address and didn't take responsibility for it.

I reached out to "customer service" and all they did is tell me the "driver team had been informed". No follow up email, just asked me to trust they would deliver on their promise.

2 days later I receive this email:

"hi
​Could you please provide a picture of your doorstep so that we can verify the issue
The address I saw in the system is:(my correct address) the address you gave me in the email is:(my correct address)

They are same,So the driver didn't deliver to the wrong address."

Days later I found my package at the WRONG address. Fortunately the other building saved it for me, but they DID deliver to the wrong address...

Scammy Shipping

I purchased from Temu, and it has been 8 days with no tracking updates. It just says still in the warehouse. At first, they replied and said it was due to high-volume orders. After that, they quit responding, even when the bot said it was getting a rep. They are not trustworthy and take things they can't deliver. It is like the warehouse is in chaos.
