Living overseas (Japan) there aren’t many options for purchasing NRL jerseys over here. Myjersey came up on my Facebook feed and I clicked through to see what they had. I decided to go through with the order and I’m glad I did. Communication was very smooth and the jersey arrived quickly and extremely well done. Three months on and the quality has still held up. Only problem is that no one around here has any idea what jersey it is...

Looked around a few places to get a jersey personalised for a birthday present and was running out of time. I have recieved my origin jersey today, and I paid for all premium stuff on my Queensland Jersey, and there is no sleeve patch on my sleeve.
This was obviously an error on there end. The staff responded brilliantly and happily refunded me $15 for the premium missing sleeve.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
Ordered a product at the start of December that was to be a Christmas present, it was upgraded to express to make sure it got here in time, nothing.
Middle of Jan they said they follow it up, “it’s defintely on the follow up list”....nothing.
They then went on to say it had been missed. Then they started not to reply to me. The only thing they could offer me was the easy way out and to “cancel my order” or “alternately we can get it out to you as soon as we can which sadly won’t be until next week at best”.......9 weeks later and still nothing so unfortunately decided to cancel my order.
If you didnt (or the manufactures) have my product in stock just tell me the truth!
My partner bought a Jersey online for my son's birthday back in November. It was received with a stain and the letters starting to peel off. It was sent back to be rectified. When my son got it back again, the stain had been removed but the letters were still in exactly the same condition, peeling off!. Sent back again and asked them to rectify again, it is now February and still my son doesn't have the Jersey back. Very poor customer support, they claim they did everything to rectify, absolute rubbish! And not reposponding to emails, and still no jersey 3 months later. Terrible experience!

I ordered a jersey for my stepson for his 21st. When it arrived the letters were falling off and there was a dirty mark. I contacted them and sent it back. Three weeks later they sent the SAME faulty jersey back. So disappointing. I sent it back again and two months later we haven’t received the Jersey. They have stopped answering my messages. It was expensive and paid in full. I have never come across such slack customer service. I have taken it to the Queensland Department of Fair Trading. All I wanted was a nice jersey for my stepson’s 21st!
UPDATE RESPONSE: Your Jersey, this is not true. I am happy to post the email trail as I have also sent it to the Department of Fair Trading with the PHOTOS that show not once, but twice, the faulty letters (with dates). Why would we send it back if it was in good condition? What would be the point when all we wanted was a jersey for a present in good condition? There is no logic there. Please just be respectful and provide a good quality product when someone pays for it. It was what good business management is about.
P.S I sent the second faulty jersey back on December 11, 2018. I sent an email following up after one and half months of not receiving the jersey back on January 24 at 12.32pm. No response from Your Jersey. I sent another follow up email on January 30 at 9.38am, no response from your Jersey. I left a phone message on January 30, no response. Which responses am I meant to be referring to Your Jersey?
Yes, unfortunately due to your poor business management it has had to get to this point. You can't take people's money and not provide the product they paid for in the condition it is meant to be in. If you communicated and amended the issue as promised, it would not have to come to this point and I wouldn't need to be wasting my time chasing a product I have paid for. It seems reading down the reviews that this is not the first incident. Shame on you. This is people's money you are playing with. Could you please just send the correct jersey as was paid for. I am not asking for anything I haven't actually paid for. This is a great story for A Current Affair.
UPDATE: 5/2/19 SO in response to these emails, Your Jersey sent out the Jersey the next day. And UNBELIEVABLY the Jersey was sent with the peeling letter 'A' STILL. How hard can it be to provide a product in good order when paid for? We have taken more photos with dates for QLD Department of Fair Trading. DO NOT waste your money on these products. What a headache to go through to buy a present for someone. I would expect a full refund for such poor customer and quality service. Spread the news on Social networks, I certainly plan to.

I absolutely love this company. Their service has been exemplary on each occasion of have dealt with them. Orders have arrived on time and the quality is fantastic.
