We have just completed on our first property purchase and went with YourConveyancer after being referred by our mortgage broker L&C. The chain was quite long and growing to start with so I was anxious about the progress of the purchase but Alan kept me informed regularly about progress and responded to my emails promptly within a few hours if not minutes! I've heard horror stories but I don't think I could have had an easier experience with the conveyancing progress despite the long timeline ( which was out of our solicitors hands). In the end our chain was 5+ houses so not easy. Highly recommended 10/10.

Our case manager was Nicola Sands and she made the process easy for us, despite us having to get the mortgage re-offered a couple of times. Questions were answered quickly and efficiently.
