Extremely dissatisfied. I was advised by you compare that the gas would be connected today the 12 February however i have since been advised by Origin that the connection date is 15 February. Note that the gas has been disconnected as the property has been vacant since November. Therefore no hot water.

Careful in entering your personal…
Careful in entering your personal information because 2 seconds later you get a call from an annoying salesperson throwing "what you need" down your throat instead of allowing you to browse options on your own and making contact with them when you are ready. Plus they walk you through what's on your computer screen in front of you as though you are illiterate

The service provider was friendly & helpful but the accent of said person was very difficult to understand & I had to frequently ask for a repeat explanation which is annoying & embarrassing. Given that this is such an important decision to be made clarity of explanation is crucial to outcome. The whole process was rushed & not fully or clearly articulated as to change over process. This required a follow-up phone call from me which was carefully explained. I am yet to know if the process lives up to its reported

It was extremely simple... Straight forward and informed me of all the choices therefore it was easy to chose the package best for me. Well done
I will be saving at least $250
I will be saving at least $250. a year off my electricity bill. Youcompare showed me the difference changing providers can make. It is worth making the call. Thanks guys.

This company has NO COMPASSION at all when families are struggling & still paying what they can ($50+ a week).
Please avoid this overpriced heartless company, if you want to keep a good credit rating.....
They default you before your next bill is even due!!!!!!
