I was only looking at comparison quotes myself. Phone call received from the operator was unexpected. Explained that I was not expecting to transfer companies at that particular time. I was still looking at all my options. Told the lady on the phone this, but she just kept talking, asking questions and wanting my personal details to complete an online transfer request straight away. Continued to express my desire that I did not want to do this at that point in time. Anyhow, information given to me for AGL was very competitive, but after phone call to my existing provider, I have decided to stay with them. So..... I will be cancelling the policy that she set up for me, mainly because firstly, I didn't want anything done over the phone at that time, and secondly, because the lady was so 'pushy', talking really fast and not understanding my needs as a consumer. I will use the 10day cooling off period to cancel this policy. Last time I will use this service. I will phone providers myself and get information that I need myself.
