i have spent tens of thousands of dollars on the grand mafia. they give you a vip customer agent you can contact for any issues once you spend this much. i realised they have been charging me 23.99 to my bank for months. i wasn't aware nor am i getting the actual service. the vip gm is ignoring me on this issue.. you lost a good customer. cant even get a response. you will never get a penny out of me again. and i am ranked 1st in my city by a ,mile. if they don't look after customers who spend tens of thousands. the rest dont stant a chance. shameful service

Customer service is non existent. There is the illusion of being able to contact a game representative, but no response. Beware if you do have an ingame issue, you are on your own!

Hi i’ve been playing yottagames the Grand mafia since october 2021. I’ve found out that their 10% and 20% investment boost dont work. You pay 99.99$ for a Big investment pack and Then the boosts dosent work. I’ve contacted support serveral times and i get no answer. I’ve contacted Them before regarding issues that you dont get the packs you pay for and they assured me that i’ve Got what i paid for and thats not true. They only Care about money Then fuk the costumers. I wouldent recommend any of their games when its filled with flaws and they do absolutely nothing to correct Them. They cheat their costumers for money and when you complain about it with proof that you dident get what you’ve paid for they just Cut all communication. So STAY AWAY unless you are ok with These cheating morrons.
Its adispickable Way to run a business just to cheat the costumers.

They make great games. But they are greedy and love to take your money but when it comes to support its non exsisting.
When you play and pay you get to a point where they welcome you as a vip member.
And get this their splendid offer to me as a vip In the Grand Mafia was buy 30 packs at 99.99$ A piece and get 1 for free.
If that isent greed and stupidity Then i dont know what it is.
I wouldent recommend any of their games because its all pay to play.

I installed a game,called The Big Mafia, from a third party app called Make Money, on my mobile phone, i completed some quests, for some rewards in the Make Money app, and i didnt received my reward. When i asked for the reasons why i didnt got my rewards, the third party responded me that the advertiser ( Yotta Games ) because they have the logs of game installs on new devices, and Google also, they said that the advertiser claims that the game was installed on my device before and therefore i am not eligible for rewards, but that was the BIG LIE. Because the game was never installed on my device or on any other of my devices before...
