Absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend. Our 1 bedroom apartment had everything we needed. Grounds were great and it was quiet. We were 2 minutes from the train station and maybe 4 minutes from Lendal Bridge and the River Ouse, the Abbey was a few minutes walk from there. Communication and details on self check in were spot-on.

Apartment clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds so slept well during stay.

Great location for exploring York.
Parking on site and so can leave there for the stay and walk into the city within a few minutes.
Handy also for the racecourse and the York retail outlet.

Cosy aprtment gorgeous style , an every amenity you could need ! Super comfy beds too and bathroom lovely ! And sainsburys up the road which was very handy , weather was perfect too ! It’s highly recommended oh and 10 mins from station 👍😌

I stayed at kings flat complex within hudson quarter. This accommodation is perfect for stay in york. It is stone throw away from the railway station and 10 minute walk to shops and town centre.

Instructions given by company for getting keys is straight forward. Flat was on 3rd floor with lift getting easy access. The flat is gorgeous and has everything you need for self catering accomodation.

The accomodation had separate bedroom and amazing large shower with great pressure.

The flat had basic supply of tea coffee and milk to help get you settled in.

We stayed at 16 Malt Shovel Court, a lovely light, spacious and airy apartment in a fabulous city centre location. The kitchen is very well equipped and the whole place was spotless. All the major attractions were 10-15 min walk max. There is a handy Tesco Express right over the road and you can see the York Minster at the end of the street. Only 2 small gripes, the outside wooden seating is dirty/dusty and the tv was a bit glitchy when we tried to stream a film.

Booked it for a birthday outing with friends. Wasn't sure the reality would match the photo's, but was pleasantly surprised to find it exceeded my expectations. A very spacious and beautifully decorated apartment. Great location as well, very close to the heart of York yet tucked away so not noisy. Some great restaurants on the door step (Chopping Block in particular) as well. Would certainly stay again.

The apartments at Minsters Reach were amazing, we booked all 4 and all were equally as nice as the other. Comfy, clean, good amenities and in a good location.

The Coco Suite apartments was a great stay. Comfortable and quiet overlooking the river. 10 mins stroll to all activities, town, bars & restaurants. Would recommend staying here. If I come to York again, I would stay again.

Just returned from The Holgate Snug York. I booked through Booking. Com and the apartment was just as described. Beautiful contemporary furnishings, a huge velvet setee, a lovely walk in shower , a fabulous little kitchen , spotlessly clean with everything you would need including towels, hairdryer, hand wash, make up pads, tea, coffee, sugar and a couple of milk sachets. No terrestrial TV but a fire stick and radiators and a log burner heating if you need it and Wi Fi . Its about a 10 min walk from the train station with a Sainsburys local nearby, several pubs and restaurants and takes about 15-20 mins to walk into the city centre depending on how fast you walk! Really enjoyed our stay and

Fantastic accommodation. Fantastic service. Minor snag with dropping bags eary but could not do enough to help. Lovely clean rooms, bedding, towels. Cannot recommend highly enough.💫💫💫💫💫

The agency are quick to reply to enquiries. We stayed in blue bridge York. Our accommodation was very well appointed.

Stayed at Strensall, the house was suitable for what we required and reasonably priced. Very quiet area and so peaceful.
There does need to be a new door number putting on as there is a number 2 opposite so could be confusing. The kettle in the property will also require descaling.

Lovely apartment but only one bedroom. Was for 3 adults and 100% booked a 2 bedroom. Very disappointing

Amazing apartment in centre of York with free secure parking. Great accommodation. Beds very comfy.
3 bedrooms so that's a bonus. Kitchen well equipped.
Office ladies were easy to contact and very responsive.
We shall definetly book again.

We stayed at The Willows in York for one night. We thought the property was in a great location and it had everything that we needed and more besides. It was very clean and comfortable. There was unfortunately some confusion over the check out time - we requested a late checkout for our friends 30th birthday which we were told we could have, then received another message saying they couldn’t allow late check out. So we changed our plans in order to leave by 10am - then we were told we could have it! In the end we just left at 10am so as not to have to change our plans again.
We were also overcharged by just under £90 which was apparently a damage deposit - this was however refunded straight away, we just weren’t expecting it (they did leave a voicemail about it but I was away and didn’t get it).
Other than that the place is great and I would recommend it. Whilst there were a few issues the customer service team were polite and responsive.
One star knocked off because of things mentioned and the fact it would have been even better if we could have parked at the property during the day instead of having to park in York city centre and drive back to the property at check in time 4pm - this would mean that our whole party could have enjoyed a few day drinks.

Was initially overcharged £90 for a stay that’s being managed by this company. However, this was immediately actioned by York boutique lets and I’ve already received a refund for the full amount of the overpayment. Very happy with the customer service provided and look forward to the stay!
