These guys clearly have operational issues. I advanced ordered/purchased a Mat and paid for it on the 8th December 2024 with a delivery ETA of 24th January 2025.

A week past this time, I had to contact them only to be advised there was a delay in receipt of their delivery and to look out for my goods mid week commencing 3rd February 2025. I then received a notice of shipping to my address with a DPD reference number.

6th February chased the order because the DPD status was goods not received.

7th February advised goods were lost by DPD and as a gesture of goodwill a partial refund was offered and duly received. I was also advised a replacement order would be shipped on the same day 7th February.

10th February ... to date, no notification of the replacement goods being shipped and the seller is not responding to my communications via the shop app. As an aside the Carebare Team also deleted an email I sent them on the Friday 7th February without opening it! I had asked for a read receipt through Microsoft Outlook and this was the notification I got from them.

I'll now try again tomorrow to see what is going on.

As an update to the above, it's now the 12th February and the replacement Mat has just been delivered by DPD and is in perfect condition. The packaging was superb too. Apparently the slow response to my comms in the Shop app is because the Carebare Team is a small one and can't always respond as quickly as they would like to.

I have not received the yogi bear mat ordered and paid for in December.

Great quantity mats. I own 2 (other my wife's) and also some wooden blocks. Highly recommend to anyone interested in yoga.

Yoga mat is good. I bought a second as a gift for a family member. Sadly they have put their marketing ALL OVER the packaging it is shipped in and completely ruined the xmas surprise. Buyer beware!

No mats in stock and could not get to link for Mat bag so had to buy one else where

My favourite yoga mats. They are beautiful, provide a great grip and support and last a long time, even with daily practice.

Edit: did not have a good first experience, but customer service finally got back to me after a few days (unexpected through “instant chat”) and refunded the shipping cost. I still wouldn’t recommend them just to avoid complications such as these.

First time shopping with this company and had a very poor experience. They charge £6.50 for shipping but the couriers are unable to deliver the order as mentioned in the notes to leave with the concierge of the development, as all orders should be to ensure they are not stolen. I paid the shipping cost and still had to collect the parcel some place else. The customer service team did not respond to my query about requesting a complaint since they don’t want to return the shipping cost I paid for a delivery I had to collect myself. Absolutely terrible. There are tons of brands doing the same with much bare care for the service they provide and their customers. Avoid it unless you want to pay high prices for uk shipping and then collect the orders yourself somewhere else

I ordered a yoga mat and have used it regularly over the last few weeks. It’s been amazing. Super grippy and soft enough on my knees without being too thick

Packaging was simply the box item came in. Packaging was damaged and item is a gift so need to repackage in a different box. Not what was expecting for the price.

Great yoga mat and worth the wait !
Had to wait a few weeks to get this mat, but really worth it. Great grip and and easy to clean. If you’re serious about yoga then consider one of these as it’s unlikely you’ll be disappointed. 5 stars 🌟 from me.

Super fast delivery and amazing quality
I wasn't sure if I'd like the mat but now I've got it I LOVE IT!
It's part of my night routine and I use it through the day if im stressed or just want to clear my head and can't get outside.

The yoga mat i bought is v grippy. Thats what i wanted, thats what i got, and its cushioned enough under my knees.

Great mat... better than Liforme in my view... better grip and should last longer too, plus at almost half the price! And i support Liverpool so it was awesome to get than plus on a discounted offer!

Misleading about the product size. Poor customer service.

Love this purchase to support my move into yoga teach training. It's beautiful and functional, very comfortable and stable. Really happy with my purchase (had it for a week so far)
