No refund after cancellation- even though in policy
I originally booked this experience through Viator. The tour company later canceled the Viator reservation and contacted me directly, offering a discount if I booked through them instead.
After booking directly, I discovered that the charge had been processed as a cash advance rather than a standard purchase. Once I became aware of this, I canceled the booking. Despite the cancellation, I have not yet received a refund. Owner has done nothing to resolve.
My experience has been very frustrating, particularly due to the lack of resolution regarding the refund. I would strongly encourage anyone considering booking with this company to proceed with caution.
I hope the company addresses this matter promptly and processes the refund that is owed.
