Great customer service, and a fine product.

Item didn't arrived on the day it was supposed to. No one call to advice of the delay

The sticker is worn out and cut and the case that it comes in is all damaged as well

It took some time, but they made it right. We had a problem with the decal on the top of our 360. After two uses. I reached out it took some time. I believe because of the time differences. But they did send me a new and improvised decal with seams not to wear as quickly. I did have to pay for shipping, But I think that was fair.

These people are fast and reliable

Shipping was not within the 1-2 days advertised, instead it was about 3 weeks (imports from China); booth looks sleek but is wobbly and has fingerprints and fogging inside of the glass that you can't clean unless you take it completely apart; only comes with one faceplate while we've seen others on amazon offer multiple changes; We've had to reach out to customer service multiple times, first regarding the shipping to which they ensured a "gift" for the mishap and it was three packs of the same cardstock props and after reaching out about how unstable the booth is, they just said that's how it is. I would give 0 stars if I could. I understand this booth is cheap compared to others on the market but there's definitely plenty of room for improvement. Especially starting with customer service.

limited instructions for set up. Camera takes dark images and not good quality. Have even consulted with a professional photographer and images are still too dark even in well lit space.

The purchase was easy and the website was helpful in finding exactly what I needed. The tracking and order was accurate and so far the product looks like it’s good quality. Instructions were easy and took less than 30 minutes to connect. We’re excited to use it!

Terrible experience. I received a broken screen from them, asked could I have a refund they gave me a constant run around. Expected to do repairs on a “new device”. Quality overall is horrible and poorly put together I had tape and putty on my equipment to keep things together. Communication is bad! I do not recommend this product or company to anyone.

I love it ! I’m happy I trusted this company with purchasing my machine to get my business started it was definitely worth it great quality however I do feel like the prop items were a bit cheap you may have to get more realistic prop money , better red carpet quality and lastly the ringlight is small and as you all know the bigger the ring the brighter or smaller the low the light etc . But luckily I have more storing around at home but overall it’s a great investment . I think that is worth it and especially for the price plus it comes with a logo .

I was a little skeptical about ordering a big item from a company I never heard of before, but it was amazing. I received the item before I was supposed to, and the item came with things that I didn't even know came with it. I cannot wait to order a couple more items. They also customize your logo on the items which was also delightful. My overall experience was amazing, and I recommend everyone to order from here.

I love the fact the company response in a reasonable a amount of time. Delivery was quick , my logo was fire. I took one star b/c there are no instructions and the video online is not for the overhead 360.

Shipping was fast and the 360 booth was perfect. Have used it a 4 events already and everyone seems to love the idea of the modern photo booth.
