Fake Products
Extremely Disappointed – Unethical Practices and Poor Customer Service
I had a deeply disappointing experience with this store. I purchased what was claimed to be a branded perfume, but it turned out to be of poor quality and possibly counterfeit. The bottle was leaking, and due to the perfume spill, my original invoice was completely erased.
Despite providing my bank transaction details, the staff refused to issue a copy of the invoice. The team was uncooperative and hesitant, showing no willingness to resolve the issue. Their behavior was unprofessional and unethical.
The customer service was appalling, especially from the managers Rajeesh and Prajith, who lacked basic courtesy and failed to address my genuine concerns. The counter staff were equally unprofessional and took no responsibility for the situation.
I am filing a case with the Consumer Court in Dubai regarding the sale of fake and defective products. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing so-called “quality” products from this store.
