good quality and good service. . . but
but I wish they would bring back the skull and crossbones... and the pit pass wrist bands.
Other than that, I totally prefer this company for the product they offer over other sellers

Not impressed with the customer service.
We order periodically from Wristband Express and always buy 500-10000 bands at a time. I called directly so Wristband Express could simply duplicate my order from my previously. The customer service representative said we had to do the order on-line. When I did this on line I wanted orange bands and ended up with lime green bands. We will make the bands work. What was particularly disenfranchising was the fact that the customer service representative could not simply duplicate the order for us and process on her end at the time of purchasing. We did not receive a complimentary mock up so we had no idea that the color of the bands would be different.
