We used W/M for a straightforward cash sale no chain flat sale . The first 10 weeks when we presumed they were acting on our behalf they did nothing. It took 20 weeks of constant pressure from us to get this sale completed, we even threatened to withdraw as we lost our tenant within weeks anticipating a '' quick sale '' so had no rental income for almost four months but incurring extra costs to have the flat sit empty. Would not recommend unless you want to ring everyday to chase things up.

We used Wright Marshall for the sale of our Grandma’s flat after she sadly passed away, Louise and Hannah were absolutely amazing to deal with. My brother and I faced the daunting task of selling a relative’s house from a distance. We entrusted this task to Louise and her team at Nantwich. We could not have made a wiser decision! Through many ups and downs for over a year, arising from an unfortunate sad event and a number of buyers who got so close but then backed out at the last minute, Louise kept cheery and smiling and encouraged us to remain as optimistic as she undoubtedly was. I rang my local branch of Wright Marshall requested an email to be sent to me with a list of properties in 2 specific areas, gave the lady I spoke to enough information to make a rope long enough to hang herself, a nearly a week later NOTHING. I know I can check on Rightmove and Onthemarket but I find it easier to categorise in a specific way not in the options I find on these sites. These appear to be the least proactive estate agent. I told them I would have a property to sell eventually no mention was made of a valuation, again NOTHING. How they make money is beyond me.
