Huge thanks to Jamie and Joshua for the delivery of the kitchen, they managed to fit everything into the garage so we didn’t have spill over into the house all whilst it’s 30 plus degrees outside!

Maidstone aylesford- ordered full height wardrobes in two bedrooms and a standard one in the third room. Installation was done on 13 March, but after fitting, the installer informed us that the two wardrobes were not full height and there was a 17mm gap left at the top.
When I contacted customer care, I was told it “couldn’t be done” because I had not ordered full height wardrobes — despite clearly mentioning this during the order process. The designer- W.B., failed to include it correctly and then started blaming me instead of taking responsibility.
After many emails and constant chasing, they finally agreed to send the required parts to complete the installation. However, I was then told I would need to pay again for the installation myself.
It has now been over 2 and a half months waiting for the installation to be properly completed. Extremely poor customer service from the whole team. Shameful experience. If this is how they handle installation issues, I can only imagine how bad their warranty support will be.
And please do not reply asking me to contact you again for more details below this review — that just feels like another way to avoid responsibility instead of solving customers’ problems.

Wren have been absolutely fantastic. Put paper on floor before delivering. Covered my door. Couldn't have been nicer. Prompt, professional would recommend. Keith and Dean big thank you.

Think long and hard before buying a kitchen from this organisation. The product quality is shocking and when the range is discontinued you are left with a shoddy looking kitchen where parts cannot be replaced. Customer service is not fit for purpose and staff at the store are flippant and say "have a good day" when any request for help is rejected by telling you to go to customer services, a department that is dysfunctional and, like their kitchens, not fit for purpose.

From the beginning a few wrong measurements lead to big gap in the kitchen which was not what we wanted . Obviously we are not designers so we agreed what was made. Further down the line twice wrong units were send where the first time the design was completely wrong. On first delivery date a few damaged items slowed the process so overall my experience is below my expectations. Instead of with 2 visits from the fitter I had to had 4 which was unplanned cost.
I really thought that Wren an above the average but unfortunately at the end of the process after 4 deliveries an I was trying to manage them in only 2 - I had no options but 4 !
10 days in advance I spoke with CS regarding my second delivery and ordering something else which was nice and easy to be combined with my wrong items for MY convenience and less traffic congestion but “Wren not working that way” !
So at the end I’m not sure why I didn’t went to Howdens which were local or even Magnet !

Ryan and Daniel that turned up was truly professional, protecting the front door and flooring.
Nothing was any problem and placed everything where I asked.
Could not be happier

Following my review of the 15th January wren fitter came back to finish our wardrobes on the 12th February the outcome was the side panels were fitted not lining up with the doors the infill to the top doesn’t line up with anything the area manager contacted me to get the works signed off I told him I wasn’t happy but am so fed up with it all have decided to except the poor quality and try and put it behind me he said he would like to compensate me offering £28.13p compensation in full and final settlement so he could sign it off I refused to except so he coming out again on Thursday to look at the faults himself

Jamie and Joshua were very polite and very efficient. Cant wait to now have the kitchen fitted.

Jamie and Joshua worked very well together and were very friendly whilst being very professional and proficient in their delivery and making sure we had access areas accessible where the kitchen was being stored.

Terrible quality kitchen - even worse customer service. I had my kitchen fitted in October and I am still chasing weekly to have multiple issues resolved. Showroom ignores me, snagging team take days to reply as they are so busy with complaints. Wren refuse to come out and view the awful fitting/design - said they don't come out post fitting! They were very quick to come out to sell the kitchen. I'm so upset we've spent such a huge amount of money with a business that doesn't even care enough to come and check their product post fitting.

John Wingate was the perfect fitter. Nothing was too much trouble. He is very skilled and knowledgeable. Wren should be very proud to have a fitter like John to represent the company.

Very friendly and cheerful people. Keifer and Dean have completed the drop off quickly and smoothly. Very pleasant experience overall all.

Dean and Keifer from wren kitchens were amazing. Delivery was efficient and organised. They were very kind and friendly. Happy to give them a five star rating. Best delivery ever.

Went in and designed a kitchen with David from the Aylesford Maidstone branch who was brilliant. Got the kitchen sorted, someone out to measure and then the whole thing delivered to home within 3 weeks from our initial going into the show room. I think we must have been there around some sort of sale as we got amazing prices, had previously been to wicks who would have been 2k more for fewer appliances! Very pleased with all of this. Unfortunately the built in microwave had been a little damaged but I spoke to a lovely guy from customer services called Nicholas Allen who was equally as helpful and we have the new part coming in 2 weeks.

Highly recommend wren. This is the second kitchen between my partner and I from them and both times have been great. Thank you

Sales advisor very helpful and explained process clearly. Expected dates of delivery and fitting were met to our needs. Fitter was very good at his job.

Initially the experience was very good during the design, however when small changes were introduced it turned out the designer did not take under consideration some pipework on the wall which affected the wall cabinets and their installation. Also chose wrong size cupboard over the fridge.

The quartz worktops from Wren was a complete disaster, they installed bowed worktops, and claimed the bowing was within UK’s tolerances and they would not replace them. They did not cut out the holes for our sink and cooker in correct places. Overall we are very disappointed with their customer service, I would stay away from Wren and their worktops’ subcontractors.
