My partner and I did a tour from Naples to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. It should have been picked up at 8 am, it was 8.40 am. We got one hour in each stop and no time for lunch, put in the back of the bus, 4 seats, it should be 3 seats, we were squeezed into. Don't take the seats in the back and ask more questions about time on the trip. Got 20% off next trip no good enough.

This tour to amalfi, was the best guided tour ever, all thanks to our amazing guide Gabriel, and amazing driver Gennaro, you can tell that Gabriel is so passionate about his job, he made our day unforgettable!

I did the Amalfi Coast tour and loved every minute of it! The guide Gabriel Casavega and the driver Gennaro were incredible! Gabi is the best guide I’ve ever done a tour with! I absolutely recommend! Saludos, hermanito!

My husband and I had been so excited about seeing the island of Capri. We were not disappointed. Stunning views, beautiful villages and towns, great food and great people. Our guide Gabriel was more than we could have asked for. He was the best guide of all our tours during our two weeks in Italy. Knowledgeable, patient, humorous and fun, he kept our group together when we moved, gave us plenty of time to ourselves as well. He gave us suggestions on the best places to eat or shop, took us to the chairlift for a ride to the summit for amazing pictures, and told us what not to miss. A full, wonderful and memorable day!

Our tour leader made our day trip to Capri an amazing experience from start to finish. He was immediately warm and friendly when we met him, and his positive energy set the tone for the whole day. He went out of his way to make sure our group had the best possible experience—we didn’t wait in any lines, and everything was organized smoothly through clear WhatsApp updates about meeting points and times. He also took everyone’s separate pictures on the chairlift and shared them right away. He truly went above and beyond to make this tour the absolute best.

He also gave excellent recommendations for where to eat and shop for the best prices, which was so helpful. Throughout the day he kept everyone entertained with music on the bus and his great sense of humor. He shared helpful advice on how to make the most of each activity, including the chair lift and boat tour, and was always accommodating and happy to answer any questions.

He truly made the trip stress-free, fun, and memorable. This was by far the best experience our group has had since travelling to Italy. Highly recommend a tour with Gabriel! It’s a must!!!

Our day trip to Capri was the highlight of our entire time in Italy and that’s entirely thanks to our incredible tour leader, Gabriel Casavega.

From the very start, Gabriel went above and beyond to make sure every single person in our group had an unforgettable experience. His planning and local expertise meant we never wasted a moment. He guided us to all the must-see spots at exactly the right times, helping us avoid long lines and make the most of every activity.

Gabriel also made sure we enjoyed the best of Capri without overspending. He recommended fantastic, affordable places to eat and pointed us toward the best spots for authentic souvenirs. It felt like we were getting insider access everywhere we went. Which makes sense, because Gabriel truly is a local celebrity with amazing connections.

What really stood out was his communication and energy. He kept everyone informed and organized through WhatsApp, so no one ever felt lost or left behind. At the same time, he kept the vibe fun all day long. There was never a dull moment. From sharing stories to leading sing-alongs on the bus, he had us smiling and laughing from start to finish.

He even went the extra mile by taking photos of us on the chairlift, capturing moments we’ll never forget.

By the end of the day, the whole group was screaming “We love you, Gabriel!” at the top of our lungs. That kind of genuine appreciation doesn’t happen by accident, it shows how special Gabriel made this experience for all of us.
If you ever have the chance to tour Capri with Gabriel Casavega, don’t think twice. He will turn a great trip into something truly unforgettable.

Excellent tour of Amalfi Coast. Nina did a great job explaining how the trip would go, what to expect, and made suggestions for us to during our free time. I highly recommend Nina and Graziano, our wonderful driver.

Terrible experiencia con Worldtours Italy. La organización fue mala desde el primer momento, ya que recibí hasta 3 emails modificando la dirección de recogida y finalmente cancelaron mi tour por falta de asistentes a menos de 24 horas de la salida. Me ofrecieron una alternativa significativamente peor y más barata, la cual acepté por no tener tiempo de organiar nada, y llegado el momento de la devolución me han devuelto una cantidad irrisoria del total. Por si fuera poco hubo varios fallos e incumplimientos: como punto de recogida ni siquiera me ofrecieron el más cercano al hotel teniendo que cruzar la ciudad a las 7:30 de la mañana. El tour con dos visitas se reservó en español y la segunda fue en inglés. Los guías fueron absolutamente encantadores, pero la compañía es un fraude.

We had a good time but very disappointed we did not visit Naples, Italy. Our excursion ticket was for Sorrento, Pompeii and lunch in Naples. My husband and I compromised, he wanted Pompeii and I wanted Naples. We did go to Sorrento with two hours of free time, then to a lemon tasting (not worth my time), lunch in Pompeii (good lunch but wrong atmosphere), lastly to Pompeii. World tours should have contacted us to say the excursion was revised. I would not have asked for a refund but I would have chosen a different excursion. I understand the small print states the trip can be revised at their discretion, but the cities changed? Shame on you World Tours! I missed the city I wanted to visit most.

Io e la mia amica Rosani Trindade Rodrigues, abbiamo prenotato un trasferimento con questa compagnia, grazie all'autista Salvatore Lombardi, siamo riusciti a raggiungere il nostro hotel. Il nostro volo era in ritardo e ci saremmo persi quasi mezzanotte in una città in cui non siamo mai stati all'estero. Siamo stati molto contenti della gentilezza dell'autista nell'aiutarci.5 stelle per lui.

Dagtrip Pompei , mount Vesuvius.
Boekten een ticket naar de top van de Vesuvius, incl 2u vrije tijd op en rond de krater. Wij kregen echter zonder enige duidelijke communicatie en zonder expliciet bericht vooraf (=avond voordien na 18u een e-mail met bevestiging voor wandeling tussen 2 kraters - zonder vermelding dat er geen tickets waren voor de top) enkel een wandeling tussen de 2 kraters. Zelfs de reisbegeleider verzweeg dit tot het moment dat er vragen van meerdere reisgenoten kwamen aan het einde van de wandeling toen we merkten dat we de top niet zouden op gaan. Onze ontgoocheling was torenhoog en de ganse trip het niet waard aangezien de top echt figuurlijk het hoogtepunt van onze vakantie zou zijn. Er waren simpelweg GEEN tickets geboekt voor ons. Communicatie nadien verloopt niet serieus. Zij bevestigen onze ontgoocheling niet en vinden dat we tevreden moeten zijn met het bezoek aan Pompei, wat ook niet zo denderend top was en het alternatief ons blijkbaar geboden nl. een vulcanoloog dat uitleg gaf op de wandeling. Daarvoor hadden wij echter niet ‘getekend’
Onprofessioneel en betreurenswaardig. Wij zijn m.a.w. bedrogen.

Buongiorno mi preme segnalare il seguente disservizio durante il tour di pompei del 20 aprile delle ore 10:30 organizzato dalla WORLDTOURS S.r.l.
Durante il tour io e mia moglie scopriamo che non era possibile la guida in italiano in quanto non era stato raggiunto il numero minimo di sei partecipanti (tra le info del Tour era stato scritto però che sarebbe potuto accadere solo nel periodo di bassa stagione Novembre marzo) L'assistenza dell'agenzia, nonostante le nostre ripetute telefonate, non si è per nulla interessata, ci hanno inserito in un gruppo di spagnoli fornendoci di audioguida non funzionante sostituita solo dopo nostra lamentela, la guida spagnola, incurante del nostro disagio, si è limitata ad accompagnare i turisti spagnoli senza mai darci indicazioni in italiano. Abbiamo finito il tour come previsto alle ore 13:30 ma il prelievo è avvenuto alle ore 14:15 era prevista la bottiglia d'acqua a bordo del bus, ma non è stata fornita. Abbiamo pagato per avere un tour con guida dedicata ed invece abbiamo avuto solo un bus che si è limitato al trasferimento per Pompei con prelievo ed un accompagnatore che non è stato in grado di risolvere la nostra problematica.
